Very nice atmosphere food was excellent good place to go for nice dinner and a good time out
Food was excellent and the service was very fast especially for restaurant week. Good cocktails and good wine pour as well. Definitely recommend.
So impressed! Went here last night with my girlfriends for my birthday celebration. The staff was so kind and helpful!! ...and the food... The food was AMAZING. I was concerned that during restaurant week the food may be lacking, but I was so wrong! The portion sizes were amazing and the flavors delicious. We had the best waiter who was patient and considerate with nine of us! The hostesses were friendly and helpful, and the decor and atmosphere beautiful and classy. I can't say enough and I can't wait to go back!!
We went here during restaurant week so that could have altered my experience. I found the food to be somewhat bland and overall it was overpriced. For the amount you pay, I think there some much more spectacular restaurants.
First time here...Went for restaurant week. Decor and ambiance were great...food was very good...meat/steak was slightly over salted but other than that everything was ver good, The $35 three course meal was a very good value and the $15 wine pairing worked out great, Will be back and recommend it,
The wait staff was amazing, food was perfectly seasoned and cooked, drinks were stiff, and the desserts were top notch. I enjoyed celebrating my birthday there and will definitely be returning! (I ordered from the restaurant week menu and the sea scallops had a $10 upcharge but was not served with any sides so we ordered brussel sprouts to fill up.)
Restaurant week great meal - confusing bill, but accurate. Great service, excellent presentation
We visited the first night of Restaurant Week. It was busy but we were seated immediately for our reservation for four. Service was attentive and the food was very good. The ambiance was loud. The decor is eclectic. I am looking forward to a second visit. Definitely a solid four stars - I reserve 5 for truly exceptional experiences.
Got seated 45 minutes past reservation. It was loud. Hostess did offer us a free round of drinks but they were overbooked. Seating was tight.
My husband and I took advantage of the Queens Feast menu and I visited 5Church for the first time. The hostess took us up to the highest point in the restaurant where we had a romantic view of the activity in the restaurant below. Our waiter was friendly and professional, making sure we were not rushed between our courses. We started out with specialty cocktails. My gin drink was a bit too spicy so our server brought a small can of pineapple juice which smoothed out the heat. My husband started off with the tuna tartar and I had the meatballs. Loved the tartar, the meatballs were tasty but a little more sauce would have been nice. For our entrees, my husband had scallops (extra $10 upcharge) and I had the seared yellowtail. Both were delish! To finish, I had the s'mores trifle and he had a pretzel bar. Very chocolatey and tasty! We had all of our courses paired with wine. All in all, a great date night!
