Amazing food was good vibes were great
We first came to 5Church for New Year’s Eve this year and fell in love, so it is our new spot when we travel to ATL. We recently celebrated a birthday at this location and it was phenomenal thank you so much 5Church 😘
The service was very slow. We had a non-responsive server. When we asked about a drink/meal, there wasn't a nod, or any acknowledgment that we were heard. We had to ask twice for our check. We weren't in a hurry (luckily). The food was very good. The steaks were only cooked on one side, so that was ..... interesting.
Food was mediocre, expected more. Their so called cutting board had about 6 pieces of meat and cheese and the crav stuffed lobster came out cold. The place was busy but a lot louder than expected as well.
Food was good but a bit salty. Service was very good. Place was a bit loud and the food prices were just a bit high.
Cool atmosphere and good food and service. We were there for Saturday brunch. Enjoyed the mimosas and yummy food. Recommend the chicken and waffles.
The food was very good, but the portions were small for the price. The ambiance was amazing with a small candle in the center of each table and the writing all over the ceiling.
Visited 5Church early on a Friday evening and used the convenient valet out front. Server took our valet ticket and had the car waiting when we left - loved that small detail of the service. Wife had a steak with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots. Server was quite helpful answering questions about food allergies. My wife loved her meal. I had the pork chop, sweet potatoes and carrots. Pork chop was a little tough to cut but tasty. Server also brought a tasty hummus and sesame cracker appetizer that was fun to nibble on before the meal. I would return, especially for a meal before a visit to the symphony or museum visit. Restaurant can be on the noisy side!
The food was great and our server (Nicholas) was incredible. Would love to dine here in the future.
Valentines Day. We ate here before an Alliance Theatre show. The meal was even better than expected. We had Oysters, Salmon, Prawns, and steak. The food was excellent and filet mignon was cooked perfectly! We had a great evening.
❤️ Gabriella took great care of us and I recommend the restaurant and our server! -Kenn
Our table for 6 was not ready at reservation time, and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The appetizers were indeed very good, however, 4 of us ordered 'prime' steaks, and I have a very hard time believing that those steaks truly graded as 'prime' since they were not very good and one was overcooked. Added to the fact that we had to wait close to an hour for them after ordering, the overall dining experience was poor.
Great vibe, delicious cocktails and food!
We had a nice meal before going to the High Museum.
For a quick lunch. Construction & parking makes it difficult to get in and out.
The Tuna Nicoise is fabulous. It was quite noisy.
We came for brunch and the food was great. The Chicken and Waffles are amazing. I had the crab cakes with poached egg and loved it! My husband had the bbq shrimp but was not happy because he had to peel them (too much work for the meal). The music was a bit loud but the vibe was good. There is valet parking as well as they validate your parking ticket if you self park in the building. I will definitely be back!
Came here for my bday w friends. It was overall amazing food! I will definitely return. The hostess was nice nasty in her energy and our server was a bit hit or miss. But the food made it all worth it! I had the pork chops which were absolutely delectable. My table also ranted and raved about the lamb chops and the steak. The drinks were good too. I’d def come back!
Great dining experience. A short walk from woodruff art center. We made last minute reservations right before our show. They were able to seat us with in less than 5 minutes. The staff was attentive to our needs including our time frame to get out in time to make it to the show. The food was good and the menu offered a variety of options including seafood, steak, lamb, oxtail appetizers. Overall it was good, and I’m interested in returning to try more from the menu. You can’t beat the location for a bite before or after a show at the woodruff art center.
Had a wonderful time at 5Church. Fantastic food. Very good quality ingredients. Our friends LOVED the short ribs and the filet. I had the beet salad w/ salmon which turned out great. I mean really wonderful. The only slightly negative feedback is the noise level. We arrived for a 7pm reservation and the noise level was great for conversation. The volume went up over 2 hours to a level that did not support conversation in a comfortable way. Still, we would go back in a flash. Love love.
Awesome food, great waiter who was very knowledgeable about the menu
Overall the brunch experience was very weird. The vibes were off. A place I would do business meetings or maybe date but not a brunch vibe.
Excellent service and food, noise is high
I had eaten at 5 Church in Charlotte, so decided to try the Atlanta locations, and we were so pleased! The service was excellent, and the food was creative and beautifully prepared. Don’t miss the Jerk Lamb Chops and the Mac and Cheese!
Amazing service by Tatiana and the food and drinks were delicious. I would highly recommend an evening here when you are in Atlanta.
The food was nothing special. My grilled salmon had pin bones and the gnocchi served with it were tough. The sauce had no real flavor. Dessert was a caramel pudding with canned whipped cream and a sliced, underripe strawberry. Won’t be going back.
Joined for Brunch- food was great, and so was the decor!
Absolutely loved it. Will return for brunch again and again. Our server was phenomenal and so was the food!
This is the second brunch we've had at 5Church. Both have been great. We were greeted and seated immediately to a very nice table in an interesting and dynamic room. Our waitress was very nice and funny. When my syrup was missing for my waffles, she had it on the table within a minute. My chicken and waffles were delicious, my daughter's biscuit was great, but my husband wasn't happy with his Reuben sandwich. He got it the last time we ate here, so evidently he didn't remember that he didn't like it. The fries that came with it were crisp and tasty.
We've enjoyed eating here both times. It is a good choice for brunch.
5Church is a fantastic place for dinners, cocktails, and brunch. The food is top notch and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
We had a 8:15 reservation and were not sat until 9:10pm. Had to order appetizers and salads because didn’t have time to wait on a main course because it was going to take too long. We did complain to the manager and he acted like he didn’t care. I definitely will hot hurry back.
I made reservations in Septemebr for February 2. When we got there, the entrnceway was filled witih patrons, but there was no staff anywhere and the restaurant was empty. No one would explain what was going on We were finally seated in
The food is always great here...i love the New Orleans bbq shrimp. My servers were on point and Caleb, he is at the bar, kept the good libations coming. The tab added up pretty quickly so plan to spend a little $$ if you go but it is worth it. Parking is also a little tricky when the valet is not open.
Good food. Service was a bit slow and it was pretty loud. But the the food was yummy and I will go again.
I will preface saying I went super bowl weekend, which was probably a bad idea. It took us about 10 minutes to get water after we were seated, 30 minutes for the server to take our order, and OVER AN HOUR to get food (after we placed our order). On the flip side, my food was pretty delicious. I also had a carafe of white sangria, which was great.
Fantastic food and service. Our server was overwhelmed and the host stepped in to help. Clearly a quality establishment.
Great food and great people! Will definitely go back!
Enjoyed a great lunch with friends. Love the writing on the ceiling and wall art. The lamb burger was delicious and the Ruben was perfect. The staff was attentive and our experience delightful.
