Never had such interesting cocktails. The Confit Chicken Thighs were an especially yummy entree.
Had a nice dinner with friends. Waitstaff was very attentive and gave great recommendations for the meal. Food was well prepared. Was not too loud that our party of 7 could talk without having to shout.
It was a great place to splurge and have a fancy meal with friends before a fun event. The food was great, service was great as well! We had an awesome time!
This was, hands down, the LOUDEST RESTAURANT I'VE EVER VISITED. The space of a open bar warehouse, so conversation bounces around quite a bit. Then to play music at a level usually heard in a lounge or bar is insane. It genuinely had a deleterious impact on our enjoyment of the meal and was the deciding factor in not ordering dessert.
Service was poor. Had to ask to place drink order. Waiter forgot to bring wine out. Forgot to bring a side dish. Food was average at best. Had the Crab Flet Mignon. Steak was not seasoned well. Almost asked for steak sauce. A member of our part had Prime Rib and had to ask for steak sauce, no taste.
Amazing food, warm, fun, inviting atmosphere and wonderful service. Jess, our waitress, was so attentive while allowing us to enjoy date night. We cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend the Filet with the crab, so delicious!
Thank you so much for allowing us to make your date night perfect. We couldn't be happier! You are right, Jess is an amazing member of our team. Can't wait for you to come back again!
The mussels were amazing and drinks at happy hour prices. Wasn’t busy but service was slow that server had to go in kitchen to check order status and missed the main course then rushed it... the fillet special came out with watery sauce!!! And a tea spoon portion of lump crab meat and possibly two slices of mushrooms besides all the carrots.... worst steak ever..
Birthday celebration with friends
Excellent meal. I had previously had a great meal at the original 5Church in Charleston, and decided to try the Atlanta outpost while visiting the city.
Food was excellent. My 60 second steak was terrific. The octopus appetizer had a great chimichuri sauce, but the portion was small for the price. My colleague enjoyed his shrimp and polenta.
Cocktails were creative and tasty.
Wine was odd. We ordered a Cabernet Sauvignon. After a pretty long wait, our server brought out a Pinot noir from the same California winery. Huh? “The winery sent us the wrong wine.” Nobody could figure that out before we ordered a bottle? The replacement Cab (since we hadn’t really wanted a Pinot), was fine. The rest of the meal was good, so I’ll give them a pass.
Service was professional and attentive, if a bit unevenly paced.
Excellent service, romantic ambience. Lighting a bit low.
Server was great.... she made up for the food taking a really long time to come out. Drinks were good variety of speciality cocktails were excellent.
Birthday. Nice experience. Could have been a better bday treat. Chocolate Ice cream in a bowl didn’t feel like it fit the restaurant value/vibe. Loved the sparkler though. Good was great.
Waitress was very attentive and pleasant. She took the time to tell us a little about restaurant and menu. She brought us two glasses of Prosecco when we told her we were celebrating retirement. The food was good. The restaurant is attractively decorated and more importantly it was clean, including the restrooms, glassware and silverware! Nice job!
It was a nice experience but the food wasn’t hot when we revived it! Our waiter was nice and the place is beautiful
Shane was absolutely amazing - exceptional service and spot-on recommendations! Thank you!
I enjoyed everything. The service was phenomenal; especially the guy training-Leo. Only thing I would change would be the lobster tails. They were extremely well done and I had to use a knife to cut through the meat.
Ambiance was great; I loved the theme.
Arrived and had 1 hr 25 min to dine due to horrendous traffic and a show at the Fox that started at 8pm. Waiter assured us that was plenty of time. After that initial conversation he was basically MIA the whole time. After over an hour of waiting our meal had not arrived and we asked waiter to check on it, which he seemed annoyed by. When our food had not arrived by the time we were supposed to be leaving we told our waiter to just provide us with the check we would have to leave our meal behind and not eat. Other tables that had come in after us had received meals and were already finished eating. Manager came out and as she was trying to explain the delay (which wasn’t an explanation it was a ploy to get us to stay) they began bringing our food out. Even with us sharing not to given we did not have time to eat.
Some tried to scarf down a few bites as the check was being paid and others just boxed up. Everyone had to throw away at the theatre since it was not allowed in.
We were given 50% off our meal but it truly was not enough. I paid $70 for two drinks and a partial appetizer. We’ve taken clients here before and I’ve always had a great experience. I will not be returning.
This restaurant has real issues from the manager to the kitchen. The food is mediocre, the steaks, which is a specialty, are over cooked. There is no attempt to deliver a quality product but the prices rival the best steakhouses in town. The management has an attitude of complete arrogance. This is s place to avoid because I am sure they think they have more than e bough customers that they do not need to please.
We had an excellent waiter. He was very attentive. The was very good and seasoned well. Good selection of menu choices.
Food and atmosphere were fantastic. Great service. The salmon and the duck entrees were excellent. Highly recommend.
Repeat customer. We'd both loved ther filet.
First time visit and pleasantly surprised by the great service and delicious food. Thumbs up on the Lamb burger, Rueben, and Fried Green Tomatoes.
Great menu and service. It’s a popular restaurant, which means a lot of people, so it can be loud and crowded.
Great food and excellent service. An amazing bar scene
Food was delicious, our server was so helpful and fun! Great atmosphere and drinks!
Overall, solid lunch and service, plus good value
Loved the decor- very unique.
The menu was different than standard restaurant fare - alligator, octopus, duck.
The food was very delicious and the presentation was spectacular.
The manager was quite condescending Which totally
Ruined the experience.
Food wasn’t hot and waiter wasn’t attentive. Would nit recommend
Great food. Service was beyond excellent. A great spot for weekend date, birthday, get together.
I visited this venue on a date. The ambiance was perfect for the occasion. I enjoyed the experience from the valet to the seating arrangement. Our server was wonderful! The food itself was presented perfectly and it was immaculate. I would visit again.
Horrible experience, food was even worse. Service was eh.
The volume of music is so high it would challenge any sport bar. Completely incompatible for any dining experience.
We went to 5Church twice for brunch over the weekend. We received tables right away both times and had outstanding service from all of the staff. The food and value was very good, and the restaurant had awesome vibes. Highly recommend.
The ambiance and location make eating outside either on balcony or patio, a fun and exciting event. The food is simply just mediocre, especially the chicken and waffles. The chicken was bland with absolutely no taste and the waffle arrived cold. The lamb burger was good, but needed more sauce.
We had a wonderful dining experience, upstairs on the balcony.... wine, we shared a meat/cheese platter and it was perfect. Our server was attentive, not pushy and made certain we were on time for a concert at Symphony Hall. Will be back next time we are in Midtown.
Great chicken and waffles ! The pineapple mimosas were also very good, I look forward to trying the other flavors
Every time I visit I enjoy myself. Great food, atmosphere and nice music selection.
Great brunch - LOVED the chicken and waffles!
Picked this restaurant based on its location and Open Table reviews. Restaurant has a cool vibe but the noise level (at 6 pm) made conversation difficult. Service was excellent, food was good. My salmon entrée was hot and excellent but sides and sauce were lukewarm.
The charcuterie was decent. There were only a few pieces of bread for a very large board. Having additional crackers would’ve been good. The margarita flatbread was not good. Poor quality cheese and way too much sauce. I’ve eaten here before and the food was good quality. I’ll be back but probably skip the appetizers.
