You’ll struggle to find a more stunning setting for a cafe, bar and restaurant than where 55° North calls home. Yep, overlooking Portrush’s East Strand beach, 55° North has been family-run since 2005 and is loved by locals as well as visitors. The food is exceptional and every menu, from lunch right through to the a la carte, makes use of the freshest produce available. Dishes are internationally-inspired and range from pasta to grilled lamb shanks. Given the coastal Portrush location, however, you’d be very wise indeed to try some of 55° North’s fish or seafood. Make a reservation and head to Causeway Street.
