                                                              Went here before a show. We were seated upon arrival with no waiting. Informed the waiter that we had tickets for theater and our order was taken immediately! The drinks were amazing and the food delicious! Service first rate! Would recommend this restaurant!

                                                              Food and drinks are always amazing!! The veal saltimbocca was superb!! The service was perfection as always!! I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time and it is always fantastic!!

                                                              Bittersweet Experience Having just returned from a 3-week vacation in Italy, I was really looking forward to enjoying some authentic Italian cuisine--and the food here absolutely delivered. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. Unfortunately, the service fell far short. When we arrived, our server brought water and then completely disappeared. The restaurant wasn't busy, and we were the only table in our section, so it was confusing and frustrating to be left waiting. After 30 minutes, I went inside to ask if we could place an order. A different server eventually helped us, but he wasn't knowledgeable about the wine list and couldn't answer basic questions. He said he'd get someone to assist, which took another 15 minutes. Once our food and drinks finally arrived, they were excellent--but the long delays and lack of attention left us disappointed. It's unfortunate, because the kitchen clearly knows what they're doing. Sadly, the poor service cast a shadow over the entire evening, and I'm not sure we'll return.

                                                              The perfect place to have dinner before a show at the Golden Gate Theater. The staff was very accommodating and helped us get out on time. I am still thinking about the fresh pasta.
