You know every song they play...it's a comedic sing-a-long. The pianists are awesome! So much fun!
Excellent atmosphere. Really enjoyed ourselves! We had a party of 13 and everything turned out great! The piano players were amazing and kept their audiences attention!
We had such a good time at 526 Main. Our waitress was amazing and we ended up with a little private booth. The food and drinks were great though I'd say a little overpriced. However, you are paying for the experience it isn't just dinner you are paying for. Make sure you make reservations, all of the tables were reserved the night we went so we were so happy we had a reservation! Overall we had a great time and are planning to come back in the future!
This place was so much fun . Waiter Was. Fabulous definitely will be going back
First time there and we had a Groupon. Our waiter was outstanding and the entertainment (dueling pianos) was a lot of fun. We had a great time!
We were a party of five gals. We had a great time, and loved the rotating piano players!
Experience would have been great if out waitress wasn't so rude. The amount of excuses she gave was unreal. Thankfully, Charles the manager made up for it!
I would highly recommend the entertainment. The food was one of the worst we've ever had. Chicken was burnt fries were ice cold mac and cheese was cold just horrible food.
Had a great Birthday celebration, it was a perfect venue! Our waitress Kara was amazing, she's excellent.
I took my boyfriend for drinks on his birthday and we didn't want to leave! The music was great and the atmosphere was energetic. I recommend making a reservation so you're promised a table. We will be returning and bringing friends.
Very unhappy with the entire thing. I reserved a table for the low tops near the stage, and when I got there my party was crammed in the corner table by the door right against the atm. The whole time we had a crowd of people standing right by us waiting to get in, bumping into us just trying to get money from the atm, and were extremely far from the pianos. Our service was very slow, forgot drinks and were way over priced compared to other bars. Our party of 8 people left after about 40 minutes because the experience was so miserable. I was told by the staff that our reservation selection didn’t mean anything and they just put us where they could fit us. We have filled out yelp reviews and are spreading the word about how poorly we were taken care of. We will not be back
Didn’t get high top table that was reserved. Got stuck in corner booth and couldn’t see piano show
Great place food was good, drinks were good and the dueling pianos we're a lot of fun.
Fantastic entertainment! Really talented piano player and knows how to please the entire crowd.
We arrived with an open table reservations, we were told sorry we are sold out open table should not of let you make a reservation. After about 10 minutes the host sat us at a table next to the entrance. So every time the door opened we got a gust of cold air.
When the food came to the table the chicken was pink/red at the inside leg bone joint. Waiter (Miekyle) took it back only to have the manager bring it back to the table. Manager said the chicken is done, the red at the joint is just a vein. He pulled the rest of the chicken apart with his hands to show it was cooked. He seemed to do this just to prove us wrong and I'm sure so in his mind he was 'right' and would not have to say sorry or anything. He walked away and said he would have another plate made and sent out. The waiter came back to check on us many times. After 30 minutes or more we asked the waiter to check on the chicken. He returned and said they were working on it and the manager would bring it out when it was ready. The waiter continued to come by the table and check on us. After another 30 minutes we told the waiter to put the chicken in a to go box when it was ready. In about another 10 minutes the waiter brought the chicken to the table in a to go box. Waiter brought the check, the manager was near by and the waiter asked him something and the manager told him to take one drink of the bill. (how nice of him) :-(
The other food we had was - the beef nacho's which were very very salty, - the chicken taco's were tasty but dry. The drinks were good.
I wished we didn't go to this place, won't be back.
Went to 526 Main for dinner and dueling piano show to celebrate a birthday. Piano players were ok as they weren't in sync. We put in a request for a song as the show started (with tip) but they never played the song which was a favorite of the birthday person.
Food was good, waiter Kyle went about and beyond to make sure the evening was enjoyable. Suggesting food and drinks. Spot on Kyle and thank you!
Small portions and cold.
Entertainment very fun and funny.
Entertaining, but Very LOUD. Smaller area with piano & drum. Almost too loud. Food was very good. Only 1 waitress for entire room, so service was slower than would have liked, but waitress was friendly and provided good service despite being overworked. Not sure if would go on another date there, but might return for an evening of good food & fun.
I had a second bad experience in this place. I will never come back and won't recommend to anyone. Food came cold, the singer said I didn't give a $20 for my request.
Wonderful piano bar with great food and great entertainment. We were packed in a bit, but this is because the place is so popular. Dont forget a reservation- you will need one.
We arrived at 7:15pm, ordered food around 7:30. We waited over an hour and 15 mins for our food, let alone my husbands food was given to another table. Basically, my husband waiting on his food for a hour and 45. Manager get did come to table and offer to buy his next beer, which I don’t think it was taken off the bill.
When we arrived there were only 4 tables occupied, not sure why it took so long to get our food.
Over all- food was good, entertainment was great. Service not so good.
The food was terrible (order defensively - burgers)
The service was worse.
The entertainment was fun.
Very good service staff was great food was delicious
The food was good. The show was very entertaining. The only inconvenience was the disorganization at the host stand. Communication is ESSENTIAL. Otherwise a fabulous exexperience. Will definitely be back.
Its a great place for a night out. The piano entertainer is typically great. Hard to get a seat without reservations most weekend nights, but we had reservations and had the 1 lone table on the other side of the door while the rest of the people were on the other side. It was really disconnected and not a lot of fun. We had 1 drink and bolted.
45min wait for a 9pm reservation. Almost an hour wait for dinner. Dinner arrived ice cold. Second time around food was still ice cold. Waited forever for drink service once seated. Beer was ordered and never brought to us. We were given a bottle of sparkling wine to make up for the poor service but for the money, not worth a fun night out. I will not be recommending to a friend. We were excited to bring friends from out of town to experience the piano bar, they were less than impressed.
We spent hundreds of dollars to be disappointed and eat across the street. We waiting TWO HOURS for food and had to cancel it because it simply didn’t come. We bought plenty of shots for our birthday girl but no good. LAME.
Ambiance was awesome. Fish taco dinner was absolutely horrible. Beans, rice, everything. Terrible. But the place is awesome, and the service was incredible. Will definitely return.
The place was nice overall. The drinks were great and priced right. The food wasn’t all that great, we ordered mozzarella sticks and fried pickles. The pickles came to the table a little cold. The food took a while to get to the table but the wait was ok because of the live music. We ordered some tacos and a hangover burger. The music was great though, the pianist were fun and the music was catchy. I’d definitely come back for drinks
We had a "Girls Night Out", 4 women aged 55 to 68 and went there for dinner and drinks before taking in a movie. The staff was warm and friendly, the music fantastic, and the atmosphere inviting. Loved it! However, it took forever to get our food, the appetizer arrived with the meal, everything was cold, and the portions rediculously small for the price. When we got our bill, we were charged for a quesadilla we hadn't ordered or recieved. A tip was automatically added on a table for four.
Great atmosphere. Will go again for sure! The only problem is that we got a ticket after parking in the lot across from the place. Their pay station had trouble processing our card so we could not pay although we tried to. The ticket came from the city, nothing to do with this place. Great joint no matter what!
It was quiet, but we had great service! They made sure we were happy and food was good
Piano playing didn’t start until 8:30, and it was a work night (we are old) so we didn’t get to see that part but we will definitely b going back!
So much fun!! Great place for a group! Loud, entertaining, engaging. Bring your cash, they play songs for money, its a fun interactive place to be!
I would definitely go back. But I would plan on a later arrival time. Say 7 or 8:00PM. The food is very good. The service is excellent. If you go at dinner time and expect entertainment, not happening until after 7:00 or later. Used a Groupon so we got by on the cheap. Food prices are very reasonable otherwise. Kristen is a very good server.
Be aware that this is a place that some have special occasions there. It could get rowdy.
Literally half of the menu was unavailable, and our waiter didn’t tell us this until we had ordered drinks and an appetizer.
They charged me full price for my drinks, even though they advertised a cheaper price on Thursdays.
What we were able to order, we did enjoy, and the dueling pianists were great. We will try this venue again but hope the menu is complete, and insist that we don’t get overcharged.
Also, the “cookie brownie skillet” is a plate with cookies and brownies on it.
Great atmosphere and had good service. Ordered burger and nachos was excellent. Band came on at 8 after dinner.
Food and drinks were great! Dueling piano players were also amazing and just the atmosphere is a lot of fun.
Service was very good. They we're supposed to serve my dinner with potato wedges but served it with french fries instead as a mistake. Hard to hear Conversation Over noise level. Automatically put tip on Bill for 2 people which is dumb.
Menu is short, booth was ripped up, drinks are watered down & food is awful. The piano show was a joke!!!
