Choosing 501 Prime to celebrate my wife's 75th birthday was a very good choice. Our server was simply outstanding with her continual smile and checking if we needed anything else. Our entrees were the best steak and best swordfish we have had in a very long time. I sincerely hope this restaurant will be a smashing success for many, many years.

This was one of the best dining experiences we have had. Waiter was adorable, food was outstanding. We we enjoyed it so much, we came back the next night for dinner again. Highly recommend. Be sure to end your evening upstairs with Paige and have the deconstructed s'mores.

Loved the scallops and polenta! The chocolate cake was appropriately decadent and the decor and atmosphere are first rate. Looking forward to going back. This was our third visit and the service, while not great on our second visit, was excellent this time and the first time.

I can't believe I dropped that much money on such a mediocre meal. The atmosphere and service were wonderful. The salads and dressing were also really good but that's where it stops. The one nice thing I will say about the entrees is the presentation was nice and the steaks were cooked properly. However, once we started eating we noticed several things. A serious lack of flavor in the steaks was one thing, the only thing I could taste was the char on the outside. The mashed potatoes had nice consistency but they lacked flavor. Butter and salt! I asked for the asparagus and asked how they are prepared. I was told they are cooked 3 times. THREE TIMES. They are blanched, grilled, AND sauteed. Why? They tasted like they came from a can and were very squishy. Not cool. My guess is they are cooked early in the day, then sauteed to warm them up. That's awful. Not one of us finished our meal and it became apparent that I was not the only one at my table feeling this way.
I will NOT return. I feel I wasted $300 on a meal I could have made at home for $50.

The food and service was good. We sampled appetizers, drinks, entree’s, after dinner drinks and dessert. I met my 2 adult children in Hot Springs, halfway point for both of us. After 1.5 hours of enjoying food, drinks, and conversation we were informed we needed to move because someone was waiting on our table. I have NEVER in my 59 years had this happen and I was offended. I asked to speak to manager and she informed me they were busy. Management could have handled it 100 different ways and this was unacceptable. I will never return or recommend. I also left a nice tip for my waiter, it was not his fault.

We began our night in the upstairs bar with appetizers and a signature drink, an old fashioned. Moved downstairs for dinner with our kids. We had excellent service with a very attentive waitress, Heather. Our food was delicious, appetizers were large portions, and dessert was delicious! Don’t skip the Godiva white chocolate creme brûlée! It is worth the trip alone!

Main point - arrived for dinner at this newly opened restaurant, so based on reviews, went in thinking this is an upscale steakhouse. No no no no...all specials were seafood items. The tip off should have been the valet, hearing we were first timers, said go for the scallops. Just go hungry, understand you are paying top dollar for excellent food presentation, taste, and service. We will probably do steaks Next time, well maybe.

Celebrated a 60th anniversary and 501 Prime was the perfect place. Super easy to work with staff as I arranged for flower delivery to make the table setting special. Wait staff was delightful, helpful menu selection as well as checking in with out needs but not smothering. And the food, it was excellent!!!!! Best fish tacos I’ve ever had. It was meant to be an appetizer but I made it my meal. Beat out Shaw’a Crab House in Chicago. Caesar salad dressing had all the taste of Caesar without the heaviness. My father said the swordfish was the best he ever had. Beef short ribs melted in your mouth. Deserts were heavenly. Loved the Bourbon Rum with Sea-salt cake, or something like that, with buttercream frosting. Bread pudding too!! Value was there as our plates were cleaned. No a crumb left.

Little Rock has a lot of dining options; however, I haven’t yet found a place that holds up to 501 Prime. Matt Fuller has one of the best restaurants in the area. Can’t wait to come back and try the upstairs restaurant.

We had a great experience. The atomsphere and service was excellent. Wine, apps, and deserts were awesome. However, my wife ordered a Boursin Filet cooked perfectly to her liking at a Medium temp but the flavor was entirely smoke. There was very little flavor in the beef itself. Just too much smoke flavor throughout the meat. My entree was a special Sea Bass on Risotto which was perfect.

501 Prime is ok I guess but please don’t waste your time going up the stairs to the other sister restaurant for appetizers and drinks while your table is getting ready. They don’t have it together up there- no napkins, no forks, no small plates. We ordered the charcuterie while waiting-awful. It was like it was straight from Kroger deli and nothing like any charcuterie I had ever had before. Sparse with zero cheese a lone pepper and some sort of paste with the mentioned deli slices of salami and something....we did manage to nibble on a few with fingers as we wiped off on the 2 napkins they eventually brought us between four adults.
Hopefully, they will get it together because it is a great location and a really cool looking restaurant. Fingers crossed.

I would highly recommend to anyone to eat here. Our waitress did an amazing job. Her suggestions were helpful, she was kind and polite, timed out the arrival of all of our dishes perfectly, didn’t rush us, and didn’t interrupt our evening unnecessarily. Dishes were cleared off the table quietly as we ate to avoid it from overcrowding. And the food was divine!
