5 Napkin Burger did not disappoint for my first post lockdown business lunch. Delicious burgers, attentive service, and a beautiful autumn day made for a delightful outdoor dining experience.

Amazing amazing amazing! Great choices, lettuce wrap burgers are perfect, good fries, watermelon cocktail was spot on, beautiful street light ambience, outdoor and spacious indoor seating, kind wait staff, overpriced but great!

Just perfect for a quick lunch. I had a salad with grains and a turkey burger, which was delish and just made and juicy. My lunch companion had the kale salad with salmon which she said was good. Service was quick and pleasant. A little loud, but that is how it is in a busy restaurant at lunch. They gave me a free second diet coke which was nice!

Five Napkin Burger and lobster rolls were both good and we love the shakes, but noise level was so high we really could not have a conversation. We'll still probably return, however, because of location and quality of food and reasonable price.

Great fries and guacamole, good burgers, wish they had more options or toppings. Overpriced burgers, but very good. I think for $17 you should get a side with the burger and not have to pay another $8 for fries. Five guys is just as good and half the price.

We went on our family Valentine’s Day date. 2 adults and 2 kids under 9. It was great. They are VERY kid friendly (special menu, crayons) but I have also been there with just my husband and really enjoyed it. The food is very good as are the drinks. It was loud but that was perfect for drowning out our 5 year old. Not too loud that it was distracting however...more like vibrant and exciting loud.

We like the 5 Napkin Burger signature burger, even though it feels a bit overpriced. The ambience is busy and bustling, so it's not a relaxing meal. But it's a better treat (especially the shakes) than McDonald's!

It's a nice place to hangout with your friends and bring your BFF!

everyone was happy all was good. our waitress was sweet and very . caring. she understood our needs and made . sure they were all met.

I really enjoy every time I come to five napkins on 14th street. Great atmosphere food is the best great customer service and as long as I’m happy I don’t mi d how much I spend. Thank you.

We took our niece and her two sons here. It was great for the kids as they promptly got something to color and they have a good kids menu. Noise level was good in this case as they didn’t bother anyone.

Great food and service, Peter our waiter was patient, respectful and a true asset to 5 Napkin. Food was delicious,perhaps the best lamb burger I’ve eaten. We sat rt on time through open table....

Nice kids’ menu, but the salads are only okay. We didn’t go in for the burgers, but it was convenient to Union Square.

Say 15 minutes late. Slightly over $60 for two burgers, shared fries, a soup, and one soda. It’s just gotten too expensive.

Somehow I've lived in NYC for 11 years and this was my first time going to a 5 Napkin Burger restaurant. My verdict? It's good, but not great. The restaurant is expensive and the food was solid. I've had better, but that doesn't mean it was bad. Staff was fantastic and very attentive.

We ordered a table via internet and were seated at a beautiful table, two persons. Food was more than delicious, though it could have been more fries. But I'll absolutely return, never had such a great tasty meal!

Seated quickly. Nice space. Friendly staff, and very accommodating to my dietary needs (gluten free, condiments on the side, answered every question I had patiently and understandingly). Such a good time and super delish as always.
