   Our service was horrible. Over an hour for out food and never got out appetizer till they served dinner. They one of our entrees was served much later than the rest. Not worth the wait or value (way over priced)

   A different approach to burgers with lots of variety - beef, lamb, turkey, veggie - on a bun or over a choice of salads. Fun, friendly service, interesting drinks, and delicious food, especially the salads.

   Planned to see a Red Sox vs Yankees game on Sunday and wanted to eat out before hitting the game. I enjoyed The Boston Burger Co. so I wanted to try another burger joint. Sure enough you guys came up and I was pleasantly surprised with how great the place is. Seated right away, food was great, boozy shakes were fabulous. I have not a complaint about this place it was so worth the try.

   Overpriced burger was good. Reservations made but were probably not needed. Not busy but service was slow and poor. Hostess was kind of obnoxious. Tried to sit a party of 3 at a table for two, not crowded and had push for another table, made it seem like it was a to do. Won’t be going back there...

   First time here. We were seated for 6:30 reservations and no one stopped by our table for 15 minutes. Once we ordered I went to the Ladies room which was a pigsty. Trash everywhere. After seeing the bathroom, I was slightly afraid to eat there wondering if the kitchen was maintained like the bathroom. Fortunately neither of us became sick but I was nervous. Burgers were average for a burger joint. With so many other options in Boston, I wouldn’t go there again.

    We happened to dine twice on our visit in Boston the food was good but the service was Very slow our waiter both times didn’t come around much we always had to look out for them to have our drinks refilled.

    The food was just like any other burger place at first. However, I had asked for my burger medium well and it was extremely pink and undercooked. I was very upset and I told my waitress and she did nothing about it. That’s why it wasn’t a good experience.

    Came here with my girlfriend on a Saturday, the ambience was very cool, clean and hip. Not too loud, at all and I loved the Truffle burger and my babes got the turkey salad whichever’s she loved!

    Four of us sat down for a quick lunch in the middle of a work day. Two of us ordered cheeseburgers. One medium well, one medium. When they arrived we asked the server to confirm we were getting the right ones. He said we were, but it was evident after a couple of bites that we had been given the wrong ones. No time for a remedy and no complaint was made. Did not enjoy my overcooked burger at all. Will vote with my feet and not go back. Plenty of other good options. Really disappointing.

    I feel this restaurant is a bit of a hidden gem even though it’s situated in the prudential center. If you’re in the mood for a real burger then you can’t do much better than 5 Napkin.

    I was disappointed with the order the way things came out -- first. the french fries , second the burgers, third, the drinks, fourth the chicken wings. I did complain, and the restaurant did the right thing by discounting the meal. Nevertheless, food quality was good, service was also good and the portions were adequate.

    Opted for a business lunch here. Very, very slow service (almost inattentive); a bit limited on lunch menu options. I've been here for after work drinks which has been a solid experience but lunch was another matter.

    Server was absolutely horrible. A few of us ordered the happy hour sliders (ends at 6) around 5:55 and he said he could make it work, came back and told us he couldn’t put it in the computer and would ask if we could still get them, never came back and gave our friends who didn’t order sliders their meals and never said a word to us that did. I called him over and he said he thought because there were no sliders we would not want a meal and would sit with our friends while they ate. Absolutely not okay and very disappointing. On the other hand, the manager handled it PERFECTLY and was so kind and accommodating to us. He brought us out another meal for no charge. Food was great, manager was amazing, just got stuck with a horrible server. Hopefully just a one time thing but still very frustrating.

    The food was great. But the service was the opposite. After we were seated, we waited for at least 15 minutes before our waitress even took our order. When we ordered, we ordered our drinks and food together because we had already waited too long. It took over 30 minutes to get our beverages from the bar, but my boyfriend’s drink had been sitting for awhile because there was no head on the beer. I had ordered a non-alcoholic lemonade, but it hadn’t been delivered to the table at the same time as the others. I waited for another ten minutes before I asked the host if he could have my waitress deliver my drink, having not seen her since she delivered the other drinks. We got our food, delivered by someone other than our server, but 10 minutes after receiving our food, she finally brought me my drink. The food was great. The service just wasn’t. It didn’t seem too busy, and the section that she was serving wasn’t full. It is too bad because the ambiance was fun and a friend recommended it to us.

    Have been to 5 Napkin a few times over the years. I don't think they've bothered to change their menu once. They don't even introduce new apps or a burger of the month. It's stale, boring. I got a the texican salad with chicken and my friend got another with salmon. From the description, the texican sounds like it would be a hearty, delicious meal- not so. It was basically lettuce with watery "buttermilk ranch" dressing and about 5 kernals of the corn that's supposed to be in the salad. The chicken was good, but the dish was mostly a giant disappointment.

    The salad bowl with burgers were delicious. The service was extremely slow - over 40 minutes between ordering and getting served our meals. It has been much faster on previous visits, so I'm not sure what was going on with the restaurant that night.

    We waited nearly an hour for dinner to arrive after ordering. Waiter, who disappeared for a long time, had no idea it was my daughter's b-day, which was in the opentable comment (probably not his fault). Have been to NYC location(s) many times and food seems better tasting/ quality (fries were super salty at Boston location). Kinda bummed us out..

    The ambiance and food were wonderful, however the service was much less than to be desired. It took a while before we even got to order our food and we’d been there an hour and a half (mostly with empty drinks) before we actually got to eat. At one point, we actually got up to refill our own drinks with the pitcher of water at the waiters station next to us because our waiter only checked on us twice in the two hours we were there. As a restaurant that’s directly beside a convention center, I would expect much better service, especially since the place had multiple tables empty still, so they weren’t even packed. The food was pretty good, but I would not deem it worth the wait.

    This restaurant is staffed by beginners. The food is hastily prepared without even adhering to the ingredients listed in the menu. Nearly frozen greens with scant add-ins. A rude and gruff maitre'd. Mediocre wine. Don't spend your money here.

    This was my first time a 5 Napkin Burger but definitely won't be the last. Burger was massive more than I could actually eat and the fries were awesome. Took my 9 year old very picky eater and he wanted more fries. So definitely a big hit!

    I work nearby but have never beer here before. I got the Avocado Burger medium. Cooked perfectly and the guac topping was delicious. I'll make it a point to come back in the future. E everything is ala carte which is nice if you are trying to watch your weight. If you give me fries, I'm gonna eat them. Happy they don't just come with everything.     We ate here after the Boston Pops concert. You could walk to it, is is about a 12 min. walk down the street. Parking is easy though, at the Pru Center and you can walk to it in a minute or two from there. It is pricey, but worth it because the burgers are amazing! You will need about 5 napkins to eat it! They are very accommodating. We changed our reservation time an hour prior and it was not a problem.

    I've never been to 5 Napkin Burger before, I'll be back. I went because it was a convenient spot and when I glanced at the menu on-line, it looked "fine". It was way more than fine, it was delicious! Actually, none of us traditional burgers and we all loved our selections. I will go back there to try more of the food. I had a grain salad with deliciously cooked salmon on top as did my friend. Another friend had a tuna steak sandwich that was also cooked correctly and yummy. The brussel sprouts were also so good. I thought it was a knock off of a different burger chain and it was SO much better and so much more. Our server was very good, too.
