   The food was ok but the place was noisy and lighting dingy. Not a good a good romantic spot.

   Bartender/waiter/do everything, Shane, was outstanding! And single-handedly helped lift the service up to a high level! Great work Shane! TY!

   It’s a hotel restaurant. I asked them to turn the tv off so I could eat without the flashing. Food was ok.

   Plenty of seating when we ate. The Fish and Chips were hot and Chrissy. The service was attentive and friendly. Also was pleasantly surprised how good the salmon chowder was. I’m more of a clam chowder person but this was good.

   My experience there was fair. We got there around 5pm. The restaurant was not busy, maybe 5 people were seated. We sat down immediately and were given the new updated menus(regular and happy hour) and water. Then we waited for service. We waited at least 10 minutes for the waitress to come by and take our order. She would walk by and go to other tables. Eventually she came and took our drink order. Then we waited again for her to come back and take the food order. I order the fish and chips(cod and fries). When it arrived I was shocked. The plate had only 1 piece of fish and fries. Last visit I ordered the same meal and got 2 pieces of fish. When I asked the manager she stated "its based on weight and thats why I only received 1 piece". The food tasted great but NOT WORTH $17.

   This was a horrible meal from start to finish. They had one staff manning both the bar and restaurant well after 5pm and did not check us in until I asked the hotel front desk staff for assistance. The steak was then significantly overcooked (well done instead of medium rare). The second attempt at the steak yielded a piece that was probably not properly defrosted or rested. When we asked for a box so that we can rescue that poor piece of meat at home, they gave us a bag that was missing one handle. We are never going back again even though we live nearby!!!

   I was there at 6:30 and it was just me and one other diner in the whole place. This was more is a hotel lobby then a full blown restaurant. The food was good and reasonably priced. No one in the place knew how to check in an Open. Table customer although the lady that seated me said she would try to get her manager to show her the ropes when he got back. Hopefully they checked me in because I went there to tske advantage of the bonus point offer. I probably won’t go back there.

   Affordable, elegant gourmet food in downtown Bellevue! The service was absolutely outstanding. Our waiter was also the bartender and despite there being quite a few people, he was continually checking in on us & we never had an empty water glass. The food was superb- we highly recommend the salmon. Parking was a bit confusing but the restaurant itself is just lovely. It’s definitely not your typical hotel restaurant. We’ll definitely be back!

    The place is nice but food was bad. I could not finished my salmon and burgers were not good either. Waiter was very polite and nice.
