A favorite place. A longtime friend and I usually meet here for our regular lunches.
Beautiful night! Loved the heater at our table bc it was just a little cool out! Service was great! Portion sizes were great as well! Very lovely evening!
We had a birthday party for seven guests and were nicely accommodated.
My only complaint was the sangria (white), which was godawful: nothing but white wine and pineapple juice (!!!), NOTHING like real sangria, with a strawberry. Sangria is made with wine, a shot of brandy, muddled fruit including lemon and lime and other available fruit such as peaches, strawberries, or oranges, and simple syrup. NOT wine and pineapple juice, ugh! I spoke to one of the waitresses (the manager?) about it and she took the drink off my tab, which was the right thing to do as I didn't drink much of it.
Otherwise the food and drinks were good and everybody had a good time.
I had family in town from Carlsbad, California and I was their Little Rock tour guide for the day. The Clinton Presidential Center was still closed due to COVID restrictions, so it was a great way for them to visit the attraction.
Nice atmosphere. Good food and drinks. I recommend it for date nights.
Second time here and the exact same phenomenal food and service. Best brunch in Little Rock.
First time eating here for Brunch. The staff were super friendly. The food was amazing! The view is great. This is definitely our new brunch spot. The monkey bread is huge, but delicious. The eggs Benedict is my favorite in town. Chicken and waffles was also amazing. Can’t wait to go back!
We had an awesome experience!!! Our food was excellent. Our server was attentive and professional! I’m already ready to return!!
Food was great. Came out hot even though we sat outside on a chilly day. Waiter was excellent. Everything was very covid safe. I would recommend it and would go back.
Excellent food and service and I felt very safe eating on the patio.
Service was fabulous!
Felt very safe!! great atmosphere and meal!! wonderful for a socially distanced dining experience!
We are telling all our sequestered friends that 42 Bar and Table is beautiful, romantic, and SAFE. The food is outstanding and the service excellent .
Thank you for a lovely evening
Menu and payment were contactless. There were heaters next to every table. The tables were spaced far apart. Great food and attentive service.
Great food, wonderful service & on the river. Great!
We visited 42 bar and table for Saturday brunch, and really enjoyed the food. There was a good variety to choose from, and everything we ordered tasted good. The only downside was that it was cold (no sun hitting the patio around that time). We did appreciate that they provided some small heaters, which were helpful, but it was still necessary to wear jackets (it was December so this is to be expected). Would recommend.
Absolutely love their outdoor dining, and brunch was delightful. They are taking any and all precautions right now and it’s much appreciated!
Food was delicious, social distancing was being done and workers were professional and friendly.
Safe, clean, unique menu, very tasty food, great service and atmosphere.
Enjoyed it so much
This was the first time I went to 42 Bar and Table. My mother has been begging for Mother and Daughter brunch and I just so happened to come across this place. Making a reservation was easy! They even called to confirm my reservation and to let me know it’s windy and to come in layers. On the way, there was extremen traffic. I called and they were so kind and understanding and allowed me to keep my reservation. Once there, they ensured we were seated next to a heater and the fire pits. They were very kind, patient (our first time reviewing the menu), and extremely attentive. The GM was very hands on. We both ordered the Steak and eggs which is TO DIE FOR! It was cooked perfectly. My mother asked for steak sauce (God help her), and the GM room to the kitchen to MAKE SOME FOR HER! As they do not have any steak sauce there (why would you need steak sauce for a perfectly seasoned and cooked steak?). The staff there were so friendly, AND, due to covid, we’re all outside with an absolutely beautiful view of the bridge. Will definitely be retuning!
Very enjoyable experience. Service was great and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend.
COVID precautions were in place and ran very smoothly. Required to sit outside but had heaters for each table if needed. Staff were warm and welcoming.
We had an excellent meal & service. Social distancing was excellent & the check in procedure made me feel very safe. I appreciate the thought & care that went into keeping customers & staff safe at this restaurant. Outstanding job! Will be back!
Great dining experience. Food was fabulous and the service was excellent. Will most definitely return!
It was a chilly evening but the staff accommodated us with heaters . The food was outstanding & our service was top notch. The manager was very engaging ensuring our comfort!
First time visiting this restaurant yet it won’t be my last. Due to the Covid-19 outside seating was the only option. The temperature was around 50 degrees and brisk. Heat towers were provided to keep the chill at bay. Great food!(Bone-In Pan Fried Pork Chop) Great drinks!(Apple Jack Sazerac) Great service! Thank you Dewayne for being a cool dude! I highly recommend this restaurant.
We stopped during a cross country drive because the restaurant was open despite covid. Everything was amazingly clean and social distanced. Food was great and the staff was wonderful.
My husband and I enjoyed lunch at this restaurant. It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary as well as my husband’s birthday. My husband had the Brisket Grill Cheese Sandwich and I had the Presidential Club Sandwich. Our meals were delicious. My husband also had dessert. The restaurant was virtually empty due to COVID19 pandemic and we felt safe as the restaurant was very clean, touch less menus, socially distanced tables and only outside dining was available. I would recommend this restaurant and look forward to dining here again on our next trip to AR.
First time out to eat in quite some time. All of the wonderful staff at 42 are doing everything right to help patrons enjoy a nice time out with minimal worry!
Enjoyable outdoor lunch! Great setting on a beautiful day!
Highly recommend! The service was superb and the salmon salad was delicious!! It’s hidden away and great view.
Food was fabulous! Felt super safe!! Will definitely be back!
From the polite, engaging young man at check-in to the hostess to the staff serving my table, everyone was efficient, friendly, helpful, and mindful of their health and my health. The food was good, too. It was a nice, relaxing lunch.
Great overall experience. Great job enacting and following Covid health protocols.
The restaurant took extra Covid Safety precautions
Excellent experience. They took every precaution for our safety to make sure we had a great experience.
Hostess, Dwayne and rest of staff were great.
Sanititary great outdoor dining, excellent food
Food was not good. The service was super slow to start. Once we got a waiter, he was awesome.
