The food was amazing. Beautifully presented and delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant and the table setting was lovely. It was our anniversary and they treated us so special - printing out menus that said "Happy Anniversary" with our names on it. We were also treated to a little dessert at the end of our meal. This restaurant is top notch. The food is definitely worth the price. We loved everything about our experience at 401 Prime.

It wasn't a bad time, if someone invited us we would go back. But my wife and I both agreed that dollar for dollar you can have a much better time at other establishments in the area. Everything was okay for the most part (I would skip the asparagus next time. It was pretty rubbery) the server was efficient, nothing amazing but nothing wrong either. It was an okay night.

My wife and I came to 401 Prime for our anniversary and this was our 1st time at a restaurant this upscale. Other than the sticker shock from our usual spots (which was well worth it with the experience) , we were incredibly happy with the visit. Meals were cooked perfectly, flavor was great. Staff was friendly, welcoming and on point with timing and service. Well worth the visit and the personalized menu for our anniversary was a nice unexpected touch.

This was the 1st time at the 401. I was really impressed with the restaurant. The service was truly outstanding, The 1ood, prime rib and Chilian sea bass, again great. We had two sides, the baked corn and mac and cheese which were great with our main course. We were unable to eat all of the side and took the rest home. The staff packed it in containers and bagged them for us. Only one side next time. Will be coming back iin the future.

The hostess has great energy and greeted us with enthusiasm. The server was very professional and clearly has experience working in elegant and upscale service industry. Great wine selection. I ordered the Bordeaux. The appropriate wine glass served for a big wine! We ordered the short rib flat bread, mushrooms and house salad to start. All great choices. Beautiful presentation and delicious. We decided to share the truffle short rib pasta because we anticipated a rich dish. Unfortunately, the cream sauce was very heavy and overwhelming. So much that we could not easily see the truffles nor the short rib. As we took the first 2 bites, we were surprised to find shellfish in the dish. There is not supposed to be any fish in the dish. We called the server and she confirmed with the kitchen it was an accident and the sauce is also used with a shrimp appetizer dish. We sent it back and she offered to make a new dish. We opted no new dish and she did not add to the check. We were surprised that neither the manager, chef or sous chef acknowledge the mistake immediately by stopping by the table. Mistakes happen. We get it. But management has always acknowledged by stopping by and offering to resolve. On the way out, we wanted to let the GM/hostess know of our experience - all of it - and she was aware of the fish that accidentally was added to the short rib pasta dish. She said good thing no one in our party had shellfish allergies “ha ha”. We smiled and said “Yes - that’s good we don’t have shellfish allergy”. Will we return: maybe. The food and service was good. We may opt to enjoy the appetizers and wine in the 401 Lounge as they have a great bar menu. Try the burgers!

We celebrated my husband's birthday. We liked the choices of wine and brandy. We had a Grey Goose martini. My filet Mignon was perfectly; Bob's Riley had tough parts. The asparagus and vegetable risotto were fresh. We enjoyed dessert with espresso. Service was super.

I expect more when paying $250 to $300 for dinner for two. The 45 day aged ribeye steak was nothing special. The potatoes au gratin lacked subtly and were more like cheesy lumps. Still, the potatoes were better than the creamed spinach, which was completely overwhelmed by a melted pile of cheese, completely masking the flavor. The bright spots were the salad dressing and the creme brulee.
