   Ambience is great. Food is outstanding. Our server was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We really enjoyed the experience and will go again.

   We are frequent visitors of 401 prime, it’s one of our favorite restaurants. We had a fabulous meal (as always) for Mother’s Day. The mushroom appetizer was a surprising delight! Our server Corey was fantastic- even gave our little guy a tour when he was starting to get antsy. 100% recommend for any occasion or night out.

   The food was delicious and worth every dollar. The area and atmosphere was quiet and romantic yet very upscale and fun.

   My wife and I enjoyed a dinner here before going to a show in Lancaster…service,food,and cocktails were fabulous Our server,Nate, was excellent and attentive but never intrusive. Great dinner

   It was our first time there. I've always wanted to try it but the timing hasn't worked when we visit our daughter who goes to Franklin & Marshall College (we're from NYC) but this time it did. The look of the place is crisper and more sleek than a typical steakhouse. It's elegant without being stuffy. A few days before, I reached out to request a time change. I was told that while they were fully booked for the time slot I was hoping to get, a note would be made and I would be contacted if the slot opened up. I thought that this was just a courtesy (which I appreciated) but that nothing would come of it and it would be forgotten--how often have you been told that "a note" would be made and then nothing happens? Anyway, about an hour and a half before our reservation time, I got the call. Success! Then from the super friendly greeting on entry to the smiles whenever we passed by an employee, the vibe couldn't have been more warm. Special mention should go to our server, Larissa, who was not only great at her job (as one would hope for) but one of the most engaging and personable servers I have ever encountered! And the manager, Nicole, went out of her way to make us feel like we were regulars despite it being our first--but not last!--visit. I can't recommend a restaurant more highly than 401 Prime! Oh, and the food is terrific, too! One of the best prime ribs I've ever had.
