The Gradi menu has over 15 selections of Neapolitan pizza combinations from the Margherita Versace, to standouts such as the popular Suprema - pizza in bianco, fior di latte, pumpkin, rocket, pinenuts and goat cheese or the Quattro Formaggi - bianco, fior di latte, grana Padano, and Emmental. The differential of 400 Gradi’s pizzas are that the dough and toppings are authentically prepared according to strict Neapolitan standards.
Wonderful experience! Amazing food, great service and beautiful space!
400 Gradi was an excellent dining experience. Good attentive, friendly service. Recommend highly.
Wonderful to be back to fine dining! Everything about the meal was delicious. Just enough attention to meet our needs but not feel like the service was interrupting our conversation.
It was for Father’s Day. We watched a staff member drop a glass of water on a customer that messes up her dress and had her soaking wet the entire time they ate dinner.
Overall, I had a great experience here! I ordered two pastas and a pizza to share with two others which was perfect and delicious!
Absolutely delicious! We had the Neapolitan margarita pizza, best pizza I’ve had in Dallas. Can’t go wrong with any pasta. We will definitely be returning for another glorious meal.
I really enjoyed the food and the overall atmosphere of this restaurant! Will go back here again
This is a nice casual place to get something to eat.
The papperdelli and meatball appetizer were the best part of the meal! Absolutely fantastic. Gelatos excellent as well. The service was very friendly and welcoming! Overall very happy with the experience.
Had dinner with great friends. Menu is always creative, phenomenal, and definitely a variety for everyone. Service was awesome and we will be back
Food was good but service was just okay. Very loud & parking is not good.
First time here, the food was delicious and service was great! Looking forward to coming back again.
Great Food and Great Service as always. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Bolognese was wonderful as well. Great to see 400 Gradi full and people enjoying his wonderful food.
We arrived at at off-hour, so this may not reflect the experience during prime dining hours. The service and staff were great, however some of the dish qualities were not the best (example the carpaccio, and pasta). The pizza was burnt at the bottom, but it may have been an oversight. It is still very difficult to find a proper Italian restaurant in Dallas.
We celebrated our 50th Anniversary. The food was wonderful. Everything about the evening was wondering. We always enjoy dining at 400 Gradi.
The air conditioner wasn't working properly and while I appreciate the owner stopping by our table to explain, the offer of a cool drink would have been appropriate. The food was basic and the pizza came out within 5 minutes which was puzzling.
My wife and had dinner at 400 Gradi for our 22nd wedding anniversary. The food is spectacular and the ambiance is really great. However, our server, who was very knowledgeable about the menu, food preparation and had great suggestion was visibly inebriated. At the beginning of our experience, our server spilled a tray full of drinks all over my shirt, pants and shoes. The restaurant was very apologetic as was our server, but our service didn’t get a lot better from there for obvious reasons. I believe our server is likely much better at the job than our experience, but under the circumstances, all in all, it was a little disappointing. With that said, we will go back.
The evening was perfect. Our waiter was attentive and had an amazing knowledge of the menu and background knowledge of the restaurant. Very enjoyable evening.
Loved the food and service was outstanding We will go back soon
Such an awesome spot to enjoy amazing authentic Italian food in an almost family environment. Loved all of our food and our attentive and patient waiter.
This was our first time here and we loved everything about our experience. Giorgio was our waiter and he was fantastic. I felt like I took a trip to Italy without leaving the city limits. He provided great suggestions for wine and dinner. Our entrees were delicious. Beautiful ambiance. Will definitely be back!
Big disappointment after reading that overall review was "Exceptional". The salads we ordered were globs of green lettuce. I had a chicken caponata main that was tough and leathery. My guest ordered salmon which was somewhat acceptable.
Reconsider dining here.
Outstanding meal in every respect. Calamari appetizer was perfectly cooked and truffle pasta was excellent.
Beautiful restaurant with laid back atmosphere and excellent food and service.
We loved 400 Gradi and the staff was so wonderful! Marvin was excellent and we will definitely be requesting him every time we visit. We also spoke with the owners and they were outstanding. The best food and the best atmosphere!
Cool looking place - meaning the inside is interesting and patio is nice. It was VERY hot in the restaurant. Most people around were fanning themselves. The service was spotty. We got the wrong appetizer and the waiter seemed to have too many tables - which says the front of the house may not be well organized. The Caesar salad had brown lettuce and several of the dishes were pretty bland. Probably too pricey for what we got. Overall it was ok - but not great.
We arrived about 20 minutes late to a 9:30 reservation (kitchen closes at 10), but they graciously allowed us to order a couple minutes after 10 and kept great service until we left about an hour later!
The pizza was good but did not have much variety on the menu. Salad was ok but not good. I'm sorry but our waitress had body odor and said very strange things to us.
The food is upscale, and the atmosphere is spirited. My multiple experiences here have been excellent. The food is well prepared, and the service is always attentive.
The service (waitress - Angie) & the food were both incredible!
The noise level was naturally loud because of the construction around but the pizza was fantastic. A little on the pricier end but worth it.
Had an amazing experience at 400 Gradi! Sergio was phenomenal with teaching our table the history and origin of certain dishes. Along with the understanding of the name and concept of the restaurant. He made our table want to immediately come back the next day!
Always a pleasure coming here. Good is delicious, service is great and the ambiance is awesome! Thank you!
Great food great service. The food was delicious. I had a great time there.
Giorgio was an excellent server. Mozzarella app was delicious, followed up by a bucatini pasta special and the Toscana pizza, all great. Really good wine list (Etude Pinot Noir) and well made martinis.
Fabulous service and food. Homemade pasta, great drinks, service was top notch. First time here but we’ll be back!
Good spirits & food.
We had such a great time! Service was fantastic and all the food tasted homemade. We will definitely be back to try more!
Had a great time, nice experience overall. Will go back again.
