The Gradi menu has over 15 selections of Neapolitan pizza combinations from the Margherita Versace, to standouts such as the popular Suprema - pizza in bianco, fior di latte, pumpkin, rocket, pinenuts and goat cheese or the Quattro Formaggi - bianco, fior di latte, grana Padano, and Emmental. The differential of 400 Gradi’s pizzas are that the dough and toppings are authentically prepared according to strict Neapolitan standards.

Wonderful meal, atmosphere, and menu. Great service and lengthy wine list.
Our server, was spectacular. The food was great enhanced by the top-notch service!!!
Great brunch menu, service was good.. we will be back!
It was ok, pizza was soft. Steak was amazing. Overall good.
Amazing. The food was delicious and our server was so nice. Even though there were tablet issues, the server kept us updated and was again so nice. The sauce on the carpaccio was delicious as well as the Carnivora pizza. Everything was amazing but those items stood out.
It was my birthday and I even got some candles with my dessert. So nice and can’t wait to come back.
Amazing food, service and atmosphere.
We had a wonderful experience at 400 Gradi! Food was outstanding and our waiter Georgio was very personable and a delight!
We came for my aunts birthday Victoria was our waitress her recommendations were great and her service! Will be coming back
400 Gradi was great. The highlight was our server. She told us it was her time handling everything herself and she did a great job and was very pleasant as was the hostess. Pizza was delicious, burrata and salami plate appetizers great as well.
Everything from service to food, cocktails, was just impeccable! We loved every minute of our time and stayed over four hours :) great ambiance and in the heart of Arts District! Must visit Italian restaurant in Dallas !
We went for a last minute Sunday brunch while staying at a hotel downtown. Found the place because it was the closest brunch to the hotel and seemed to have good reviews. We were blown away by the food and the friendliness of the staff and hosts. There were a few large private parties in the dining room so we sat at a high top by the door. Like a lot of restaurants right now, they were a bit understaffed and that slowed things a bit, but we didn't mind at all. Had a very nice conversation with the hostess and with Igor, who recommended a very nice wine for us. I had the eggs benedict which were cooked to perfection and wife had the papardelle, which was outstanding. We both highly recommend it for the great food and the friendliness of the staff.
Our group enjoyed the fresh flavors of Italian food, great waitress and Austin natives thought it was fantastic
This is my favorite Italian restaurant in Dallas. Service was amazing. Food and presentation Excellent.
Brunch menu is incredible, we will be back
Horrible restaurant. Worst experience in a long time
Best craft pizza in Dallas with amazing service and ambiance!!
Great patio view of downtown Dallas! Service was great, food was amazing.
Absolutely delicious food! The Salmon salad was perfect! Great wine choices. Pasta was to die for! Very trendy, chic clientele. Quick and efficient waitstaff.
The food was amazing! Burrata and frito misto were great appetizers. I had the bucatini and it was the perfect portion size.
One of the best pizza places I have eaten at throughout the United States. My pizza had eggplant, fresh mozzarella, olive oil and other veggies. Excellent gelato and sorbet. Our waiter was attentive without being annoying. We sat outside. I recommend the salad with grilled prawns. Perfect.
Best Italian restaurant in Dallas!!!
Great experience! The service and food was top notch & the Salmon will leave you speechless!!
Great atmosphere, fantastic service and amazing food. We’ll be sure to come back sometime in the future
Great dinner spot, everything was delicious! After dinner we went to checkout their another concert Zero Gradi, gelato is to die for!
The food was great, the ambiance was fun, and we thoroughly enjoyed our server, Georgio! The recommendation to add on steak was very much appreciated and delicious! We look forward to returning.
The food was fantastic, the server was knowledgeable and the experience was great.
Cozy outdoor lunch with family. Food was beautiful, delicious, and filling. Service was friendly and attentive.
The restaurant is incredibly beautiful. Very nice host staff. We loved the dining experience and had the most amazing server, who was attentive and quite exceptional with his knowledge of the menu. It was a great experience!!
Best pizza in the city! We will be back
What a great experience! The food was phenomenal and the service was even better! My review will not give 400 Gradi justice, so all I can say is you NEED to experience it for yourself. I give it 10 stars, if that’s possible.
The food was delicious. Amazing bread and pizza dough, the lasagna was amazing -I recommend eating family-style and trying as much as you can!
Unfortunate note: The kitchen staff was a little loud and didn't seem to care that tables could hear everything they were saying.
Was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food. Fritto Misto was les than average and pizza crust was burnt. Server was good but I would not recommend the restaurant
30th anniversary dinner.. everything was fantastic
Authentic Italian cuisine! Everything was delicious
Great drinks, food, and service! We sat outside with a lovely fire table. Cocktails were excellent and our server was fantastic. We really enjoyed the brussels sprout salad and the individual pizzas as well as the meatball appetizer. I’ll highly recommend it!
The filet was delicious! Very tender. We shared the charcuterie board and it was nice. The “award winning” margarita pizza didn’t impress.
Always a pleasure coming here. Good is delicious, service is great and the ambiance is awesome! Thank you!
We went on a whim after a recommendation from a local. I totally recommend sitting outside, it’s beautiful and they have the very cool fire side seating. Inside was too noisy for us and outside was magical. The food was amazing and the staff was the best service I’ve ever had a restaurant
Giorgio (our waiter) was very friendly but seem a little bit overwhelmed that night. More that understood this days. He was very apologetic about been busy and very knowledgeable. We definitely want to go back and see him there. My Filetto di Manzo was superb (fillet mignon). My wife’s Napoli Pizza was the best so far in the Metroplex. Ambiance was great both inside and outside, upscale but not excessively for a relax dinner. Both sorbet and gelato were really good and our merlot Santa Helena was a great pairing all night. Owner or Manager stopped by to check on us. Tip: No need to park by the farther church paid parking. The restaurant is in a building that has its own multi floors parking, right around the corner and which they validate.
Brought an Italian business associate to the restaurant last night. He has lived in Dallas a few months and complained that he couldn't find good Italian food at any price. He was in love with the first bite! Said that the food was an order of magnitude better than other Italian restaurants he had been to. Thought it was competitive with the better Italian restaurants in NY, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
He is one happy Italian!
