I was underwhelmed with the food. Felt like we had to try the pizza since it won “world’s best” and it was soggy, the cheese slid right off, and had zero flavor. Thank goodness for the chili flakes and oil they give you. It was seriously one of the worst pizzas we’ve ever had. My husband enjoyed his bolognese, my mushroom truffle pasta and salmon was alright. Both of us thought the pasta was really gummy. The tiramisu was really disappointing. It looked beautiful but it was ALL mascarpone. I’d rather go to Nonna, Fachini, or pretty much any other Italian restaurant I’ve been to (even a chain!) before returning here. Too expensive for the quality.

My dinner at 400 Gradi was amazing. Our server Bryan was attentive, knowledgeable and kind. The food was absolutely delicious and reminded me of my time in Italy. Everything on the menu was authentic and you could taste the flavor of everything. I highly recommend 400 Gradi for a wonderful date night or if you’d like to impress some friends or guests with an amazing dinner!

Fantastic Italian food beginning with fresh pizza from their stone Italian oven, amazing mushroom pasta, TBone steak and calzones with lemon gelato for dessert. Look for “Z” at the front and ask for “JD” as your server. Truly top class hospitality.

This restaurant went from being my favorite to the worst ever! The food was bland, not ready when we were told it would be ready and the service provided by the manager was horrendous! Supposedly there is a new chef who is trying to make things better for 400gradi but I think he is just messing things up. Anxiously waiting for the McKinney location to be open and hope that the service and food is as great as it used to be.

Went Friday night at 6 before a show. No vibe at all. Service was a bit ketchy. Attempt at old world Italian. My duck confit gnocchi was super salty. The side of broccoli was fabulously charred but served on a very unappetizing lump of moist bread. Not sure what that was supposed to be. If I go back I’ll get a pizza. Those looked pretty good.

True Italian in Dallas! I worked in Italy for 10 years and have missed the food so much! 400 Gradi has authentic Italian and I love that the owners have been there every time I have come in to dine both at lunch and dinner. Tonight the waiter told us the pappardelle with mushroom in truffle sauce was voted best pasta in Dallas this year. We ordered that and the gnocchi with duck confit. They are probably the two best Italian dishes I have had in Dallas. Staff was attentive and ambience was elegant yet casual. Will be returning many times!

Sarah, our waitress, was absolutely amazing!!! She took care great care of us from the moment we sat down until we left. She gave us great recommendations for the food and pizza and it was all a 15/10! Fresh and yummy. The atmosphere and ambiance was beautiful! I can’t brag enough of how great this place was. The food, the service, everything was luxury. We will definitely be back. Thank you to Sarah for making my hubby’s birthday dinner amazing. He loved everything! Book your reservation. Food was excellent as always. We waited an hour and a half to actually get our entrees, meaning the waiter had clearly forgotten about us. The manager tried to make it right by offering an apology and free desserts, which by that time we didn't want, so he comped Lemoncello. So he did his job, but there's really no excuse for that kind of wait except that the waiter wasn't paying attention. Would we go again? Yes. If it happens again, then it will be an entirely different story.

My wife and I chose to eat here before q performance at the theater. The service was watm and friendly, the atmosphere romantic, and the food was amazing. Our waitress was eager to make sure everything was just right. We will definitely be back.

Great food quality, real Italian food and pizza in a pretty nice ambience. We loved their real eggplant parmigiana, meatballs, pizza, sorbet and so forth

We were excited to try a more authentic Italian restaurant. We had tagliatelle with bolognese sauce and the award winning margarita pizza. The bolognese was tasty and the pasta was nice. The pizza lacked a lot of flavor and the bottom crust was soggy and seemed to have not been cooked long enough. For the price of the entrees and pizza, I expected a lot more. I would not necessarily recommend this restaurant for the value and taste. I don’t think we will be back.

Our new go to spot for Italian in Dallas. The first time I’ve ever been somewhere that claimed to have “the worlds best ______” where it actually lived up to the hype. The margharita Verace pizza had us ready to go back literally the same day for dinner. Unequivocally one of the best spots to eat in Dallas.

Incredible food but the service was even better! I was greeted by name at the front door, waitress was so fun and helpful, gave us some of the best recommendations. The Papperadelle dish was one of the best pastas I've ever had.

From the moment we arrived, the kind service was wonderful! They were friendly, attentive, and caring. Food came out within 5-10 minutes of ordering, the manager and our waiter constantly checked in, and it was very pleasant!
