3 Eleven was definitely worth the ride down to The West End. The restaurant was very clean, open, and hype. They had a DJ there the Sunday we visited, playing old school hip hop. That was a pleasant surprise. We made a reservation so we were sat immediately, but soon after we got there, the restaurant filled up. Our server was great, but what was even better is the teamwork amongst the crew. Several servers visited our table to either deliver food or remove plates, glasses, etc. I was impressed. We all ordered a burger and they were all delicious. The turkey burger with beef bacon was probably my favorite. The bacon was delicious. The garlic flavor on the garlic fries can by upped a bit but overall great meal, drinks and experience.
Excellent atmosphere...too bad the mimosa’s was flat and my egg white was not cooked in my omelette. However the waiter corrected the problem and the evening turned out great.
A group of my co-workers and I went for happy hour. We had a blast. The food was awesome and the drinks were yummy but our waiter, Will, was fabulous. There were 8 of us with separate checks!! He handled everything with laughter and a smile. He even got them to make a crab cake sandwich, which is only on the lunch menu. What a guy!! Thanks Will!!!
Best dining experience I’ve had in a while! The staff here truly exceeded all expectations.
Britney was remarkable and since it was our first time dining at 3Eleven, took the time to listen as she took everyone’s order and made great suggestions. The cocktails our she suggested were spot on as was the food. She was attentive and checked on our table quite a few times without being annoying. The manager was on the floor following up with tables asking how everything was, again without being annoying. Hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. The service was what you expect from a fine dining establishment but rarely receive anymore. I can’t say enough about the staff here!
The food came out quickly at the perfect temp and was overall very good! I will definitely be making reservations here more often. Looking forward to returning soon!
Delicious! I had the chicken flatbread and my husband had the surf & turf- both were excellent! One of our favorites in Dallas!
I was so excited to try this place, but unfortunately I was hugely disappointed when we got there. It smelled like sewage, and the place was empty on a Friday evening. The waitress brought the wrong beer and tried to charge us. They also said they ran out of champagne, then they were popping bottles 10 minutes later. Anyway, despite all of that, the food was actually really good and flavorful. I would say slightly overpriced based on the entire experience.
I would suggest coming here for drinks but not the food. It was good, but not outstanding. Also, the music choice was interesting as they played John Mayer, Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz, Ariana Grande and others. The music choice didn’t fit the vibe the restaurant was trying to give off.
We had a very nice evening.. brittany was very helpfull.. her advices were perfect..
The restaurant has a very nice ambiance, its very cozy...
Okay food, cool ambiance.
Tasty meal all around. The steak was great and so was the sous vide chicken. Didn’t have the beers we wanted from the menu and the service was a little slow but we did have a big party! Very accommodating which we really appreciated. Thanks!
Great brunch spot for music and ambiance the my girls
Had a great time celebrating my birthday. Shoutout to Brittany who took care of our entire party which was 20+. Wonderful food & ambiance!
The service was great. I sat in a tall chair, it was not really comfortable, felt worn out. The food was served hot, and tasted good, wouldn’t say great. My chicken was super moist, but the 30 spices used made it taste a lot like a brined rotisserie bird. I just expected something more, that could have been an unrealistic expectation for the dish. The bartender made a great old fashioned! Overall a good place but not great.
My family went to 3Eleven Kitchen for brunch on mother's day. We really enjoyed the location, restaurant, service and the food. Around 1 or 2 a DJ started to play music and it made the experience even better. The music wasn't too loud so it didn't interrupt our conversation.
First time visiting 3 Eleven, a great spot for food, drinks, and conversation. The atmosphere was very casual; music was on point, and service was outstanding . The food was excellent — vegetables grilled to perfection — and the drinks were fantastic with just the right amount of alcohol. We were a party of 3, only had time for appetizers and drinks — and we were very pleased with our overall experience. Would definitely recommend this restaurant ( have been since we left) to anyone who likes good food, drinks, service and all at a great value. Will be returning with new friends.
We came here for a bridal shower and were very excited! My whole family is in the restaurant industry and i have been a server so I tend to go pretty easy on servers because I know how impossibly hard it is sometimes but the attitude of our server and our service was disappointing.
She honestly seemed like a very very nice person but maybe overly stressed and didn’t have the support she needed because with everything we ordered she warned us it wouldn’t be coming soon and once we sat and it took about 20 min before she came to take our orders and when she did before we could even form a negative or positive option on the restaurant or service she warned us immediately that we “should not expect fast service because we are busy” (but maybe don’t tell your clients that booked a reservation a month out they should not expect good service?). Even though it wasn’t a full house once we ordered our drinks it took another 30 to get some of them and when they came she warned us that “our wine need to be chilled” and still came out warm.
LOVED the vibe, I would maybe come back with a very small group but pretty disappointed seemed understaffed.
First time visiting this place and it's absolutely adorable! The staff was very friendly. Our server, Steve was amazing and had our group table ready for what should've been a party of 20ppl, but ended up being a party of 10 after cancellations :(! The food was good and the BREAKFAST MARTINI was delis!! The only complaint that's not the restaurant fault is finding parking near due to construction right next to the location. Other than that it's a must visit!
We used open table to find a nicely rated restaurant that could accommodate 6 people on short notice and ended up here! We were greeted with no host at the hostess stand and sat there looking confused waiting for 7-8 minutes until one of the people working there finally came to seat us. The table and ambiance were really cool so we let it go. Until we sat there for 15 minutes before someone finally took our drink order.. the bartender was our server... he had a FULL bar... why would anyone think giving him a 6 top would be ok. The service was trash... literally seemed like nobody cared at all about our table, nobody checked on us we had to ask for more drinks we were never asked if we needed more. after we got our food nobody came back to the table at all until we were finished... the only saving grace is the food was OUTSTANDING. every dish we ordered was incredible... but man that service was enough to make me never come back. seemed like all the staff on the clock didnt care at all about the guests.
Over charged my card
Celebrating a birthday. Ordered off the brunch menu and was very disappointed by the food, it wasn’t restaurant quality. More like something I’d prepared myself at home. The eggs were flat, literally. Not fluffy at all. The mini chicken sausage was over cooked and appeared to have been cut in half, to give appearance of two.
The restaurant it self has great ambience and location. Oh and the drinks were great as well.
I celebrated my birthday here during brunch hours. Great food. Great music. Will definitely come back again.
Great food and vibe!
Chose this for a work-team dinner. They put us upstairs and delivered great service. Reserving the dinner was flawless through OpenTable, they called to confirm and when my group arrived, it was great. Everyone enjoyed the food from appetizers to dessert. Totally would recommend again and I am sure my team will be back when we are in town.
A nice surprise! We were not sure what to expect but found a fun vibe, friendly staff, and excellent food.
Food was good and I love the atmosphere. However the quantity of the chicken and waffles were not worth the price at all.
It was one half of a breast and two small waffles for $16 so I don't recommend that dish.
First time going there. I would definitely like to come back for either a lunch dinner or drinks on the patio. This place seems to fit all needs. Our waiter garret was so nice and kept putting a smile on my face.
It was a nice place great aesthetics. Menu was diverse and the food overall was pretty good. We ordered a variety of apps off the menu to share. The crab cake was marginal. We also ordered desserts to go. The flourless Chocolate cake was delicious, the cheesecake was just “ok”. Service could have been better. The place was hardly crowded with only 1-2 other patrons at the bar. Drinks good and timely. However, the bartenders seemed to enjoy their cell phones and sitting on the back counter where the liquor bottles are stored. Just seemed unprofessional. Probably won’t go back, given there are probably other restaurants in the area that would be a better experience.
We went for a friends birthday brunch. The service was great the servers and hostesses were friendly. Everyone had a different entree and we are all very pleased. The DJ was amazing and we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back ! We had a great time!
Friend had citrus allergy and notified the waiter. She ordered a beverage and nowhere it said it had pineapple in it. It arrived, she took a sip, and throat began to close and had to run to the car for emergency rx. When we spoke to the manager he practically dismissed complaint and said many places dont have main ingredients on the menu and all beverage have citrus in it. We told him other drinks show citrus ingredients but the one ordered did not. We continue to dismiss concern. I literally eat out all the time and I will not recommend this place because of the managers service. The waiter and bartender were very accommodating and very apologetic. I left them a good tip.
We had a great brunch and came back for dinner and happy hour. The bartenders are great!
We didn’t get the seating we reserved, but we were still happy! We look forward to going back again
The sliders and sweet potatoes fries were outstanding! Wait staff was great. The only reason I rated them less than perfect was the lack of the cocktail I came for.
Waiter was excellent but food was average. Fritters were dry and stodgy
I found this gem on open table when I got into town, it was late and I was wanted something close to the hotel. The giant crab cake, the braised short ribs with mashed cauliflower caught my eye. The service was amazing, the Manager came by to check on my meal several times. If your ever in Dallas you must check it out and try the beef bacon.
Great experience. Super accommodating. Will go back.
The owner came by the table & we had a child who did not like their meal & I asked if he would take the meal off the tab, he said not if they tasted it. I said how would they know they didn’t like it if they hadn’t tasted it & the owner just walked off. It was an awkward situation and rude behavior. We were there with a large group and very embarrassed.
Extremely disorganized. Servers were trying, but it took a long time to get what we ordered. One item never showed up, and we were billed for something we didn’t order. We went in with plans for dinner and drinks and left after over an hour having had just one appetizer and one drink each. Heaters outside didn’t work, not enough high top chairs inside, and broken chairs at the low tables made it hard to find a good place to sit. The flatbread was good, but not good enough to make up for the price and wait. Drinks were all overpriced and blah. To add insult to injury they filed us as a no show on our reservation and we got an email asking why. Don’t think we will be back anytime soon. Too bad really, there’s a lot of potential.
Great food, amazing service. Thanks J and Steven!!
