I’ve a Boca Raton native, been to countless places here, and 388 is so consistently dependable on bringing the best food and service. I don’t usually recommend restaurants but constantly do with 388. Whenever I have company from out of state I always go there. The service (Gene the trivia expert) and many others are so professional. Also love the classy style and look of the linen tablecloths, the way the staff dresses etc. Definitely deserving of a 5 star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have eaten here many times, and the food service are excellent. Our waiter the last two times we have eaten here was John and he was totally attentive. The pasta with ala Christi sauce is terrific as is the salad with cheese and salami.

Was disappointed, my waiter forgot the salad, than he told me salad come with my entrée. I rather hear he told me he forgot, instead of lie. I never heard salad come the same time at the entree. Than he bring the Cesar salad with out mixed it I got a a slop of salad with all the dressing. My husband salad got no dressing my friend salad got a slab of dressing. And the waiter served the pasta so rough that every time he put the pasta in my husband place the pasta sauce is spit all over his shirt . To the point I was feeling I will not come back. Every time we come only 3 of use but we never spend under $600. The food getting sloppy.

Great food but order and share. Big portions. Friendly staff. Had a very good wine and charged 50%. Will definitely return. On my top 10 in Boca.

Great overall experience. The restaurant wasn’t overtly crowded so we were promptly seated. Our waiter, John, was great and very accommodating. Since it was our first time at the restaurant he explained the menu and gave great recommendations Also told us when we were over ordering. The food was fantastic. We were a party of 10 and although not everyone wanted to order family style, the portions were definitely large enough to share. I would recommend the restaurant and will definitely be back soon.

We love love love 388! The service is fabulous (John helped us and he is the best - ask for John!!). The food is always amazing and the drinks are too! John made our night!

This is our second visit... we asked for JOHN - an EXCELLENT waiter.. and again , he didn’t steer is wrong. The shrimp over burned green beans is fabulous... we also ordered zucchini pasta again [not as yum as real pasta, but in the marinara sauce it works]
