Great food. Great service. Horrible front of the house. The hostess was rude and obnoxious. We confirmed our reservation twice: once with OpenTable and once with the restaurant. Got there early and was told “we don’t have a table and don’t know when it will be ready, you need to just wait”. Really rude. But food and service is great. Maybe better to not go on a Saturday or after they get a new hostess.

As always the food and service were outstanding and impeccable. The Baked clams were some of the best that I’ve eaten in a very long time, and would highly recommend them. I have dined in both restaurants and the food and service are excellent in either location whether it be in Boca or Roslyn. Both Matty and Paulie and the staff deliver everything consistently.

We enjoyed our evening at 388 very much. The food and wine were delicious and we loved all the options. We especially enjoyed our waiter serving the food and the attention to detail. The appetizers of calamari, caprese salad, and the baked clams were fabulous. We also had the branzino which was a little dry, the veal parmesan, and a light, tomato linguini pasta. For dessert we shared the taramisu. My only suggestion was to so down the evening. We didn't order our main dishes until the appetizers were completed. If we didn't we would have been out of the restaurant in under an hour. Our waiter was terrific and he was wonderful.

Augi was very good as was his son serving. Wine came after the salad. Salad was excellent Pasta was not cooked enough Bolognese was excellent Chicken dish was unedible with the over done HOT spices. It was taken off the bill Veal parmigiana, the sauce and cheese were good— veal very tough and difficult to cut Very noisy Service from bus boys and water service was very good

Marcelo was our waiter and he made our experience absolutely fantastic. Marcelo is excellent. The food was great. We love the Bolognese pasta. 1/2 a portion is plenty for two people.

Food was delish as always. Service was a literal slow and waiter was inattentive. Huge portions. Even enough for leftovers. Great spot for family style dining.

We had a 7:30 Reservations for 5 on a Friday night in late June. Although it can be a quiet time of year in south Florida, 388 was hopping! Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the host to our server and everyone in between. It's a fairly big space with seats at the bar too. John was our server- He was great! He helped us to order the perfect amount of food for our dinner. (Everything is served family style) His recommendations were delicious. We Had the Caesar salad, spicy rigatoni, giant meatball (enough for 5 people!) and veal parmigiana. Everything was fabulous. The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived and there were a few larger groups celebrating birthdays. I've driven by the location many times and wondered about it, I'm so glad that we finally experienced it. The only thing that I didn't love was the music which was a little loud - but I think we were sitting by a speaker. We have a lot of Italian restaurants in the area, but this is definitely one worth checking out!
