   Waiter argued my drink was correct when it wasnt. He insisted on serving the food and put so much on one plate it was awkward as nothing left for our friend so had to move it around when he left. Annoying

   Dinner was delicious and service fabulous. Too bad it was so noisy that I couldn’t speak even with the person next to me. I asked them to turn down music but they didn’t.

   Outstanding food and service. Chris our waiter was so wonderful. He helped us with ordering the proper amount for our group and was very helpful with one of us who has an allergy, The food and cocktails are always excellent. 388 baked clams are better than any others, the chicken meatball is always delicious, ultimate chicken is fabulous and melts in your mouth, penne Alexia is excellent and the shrimp Luciano was great. We ended our evening with a huge slice of blackout cake and lemoncello. Who needs to go back to Roslyn when we have 388 here. Can't wait to go back.

   During our meal, Paulie asked us to move our table to accommodate a large birthday party. He was sincerely apologetic and made up for it by buying us drinks and dessert. The food, energy and service were excellent as always. I recommend the chopped salad, chicken marsala, penne a la vodka and baked ziti as well as the tartufo.

    What a night celebrating a special birthday for a dear friend with 10 women. Everything from the service to the food was absolutely perfect. Run don’t walk to 388 Italian Restaurant you will thank me
