   The view and food were excellent. The service on the other hand was not. We sat for 15 minutes before any one acknowledged us after the host escorted us to our seats. We had to track down a server to take both drink and dinner order. Seems like they were short staffed.

   Fantastic views of the city but unfortunately this is where the positives end. Massively overpriced for poor service and music so loud you can’t hear your friend talking on the other side of the table. Me and my friend ordered the same drink but came in very different glasses, one was a wine glass, one a tall glass, twice the liquid for the same price. The waiter made a comment about it, laughing that it didn’t seem fair. No apology. Same happened to 2 of the party ordering the same small plates - varying portion sizes. Tried to flag down 3 staff members to even order food. Took us 40 minutes to try and pay the bill as staff nowhere to be found. Won’t be recommending or returning.

   Meals are overpriced Not worth the money If your wanting a full stomach do not go Great views of the city that is what your paying for

   Food and service were really good. I took my mum fir afternoon tea which was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed. I would definitely visit again.

   Regularly visit sky bar for cocktails with a view. One of our fave places to go.

   Foof, service and the aura of the place was 1st class. Would definitely go again if I visit Liverpool. Very clean and great views over the city.

   Fantastic afternoon for a nana/daughters and granddaughter pre wedding afternoon tea with drinks! Service was perfect, many thanks to Chris who looked after us beautifully and was very friendly and attentive as were all of the staff we were lucky to be served by! The venue was chilled and had a really lovely ambience! It was quieter as Sunday afternoon but still a really good atmosphere! Plus the sun was shining which made the sights even better! happy hour drinks were great value and Really enjoyed the afternoon tea - lots of sweet stuff but personally would have preferred a couple more sandwhiches and maybe a bit less of the cakes but still delicious! My 10 year old daughter’s loved her “posh” afternoon tea - she loved it and really enjoyed the mocktails! She only wants to come here in future as it was a special experience! Overall a lovely lovely day and we will definitely come back again and will recommend to anyone after something a little bit special!

    Hayley greeted us and looked after us, she was exceptional. Due to mobility issues, nothing was too much trouble and made sure that we were well looked after. The food was excellent, however I would have preferred more savory than sweet.
