Le 360 est un concept gastronomique moderne basé sur un menu en constante évolution. Notre menu du souper est imprimé chaque jour et s'adapte aux ingrédients produits chaque jour par les agriculteurs locaux. Le menu est réalisé de A à Z en cuisine et exécuté par l'un des meilleurs chefs de Nashville, Will Uhlhorn, et son sous-chef Allie Evans. We had an exceptional dining experience with 360! Mohamed skillfully guided us through the menu, which included the delicious Three Meat Bolognese for my wife's Birthday meal and the magnificent Scallop Gnocchi, which I will long remember. The atrium, where we sat, was the best of both worlds. It was surrounded by glass for a view, yet provided privacy and quiet for an intimate atmosphere.

Great choice for Easter Brunch. I have never been to 360 that my guest has not commented something along the lines of "this is amazing, why have I never come here before!?" Great job!

The Easter Sunday brunch was just....ok. The shrimp & grits were better than the steak & eggs which included hash brown potatoes which were not hash brown potatoes but little potato cubes. But we had an excellent server. All in all...it was not worth the $65/person before 3 glasses of wine, kitchen fee, tax & tip for a $220+ total.. We've eaten at Bistro360 many times and it had been one of my favorites.
