   We came to celebrate a family birthday and it was everything we could have hoped for. Delicious food served in a beautiful setting. The staff were extremely attentive and it was lovely to be able to have drinks in the pretty courtyard beforehand.

   We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. The tasting menu was one of the best we’ve had. The use of fine ingredients, flavours and textures was superb. Staff were amazing and were very attentive. A lovely evening and we will be back

   The service was first rate. We had the 8 moments tasting menu, I had paired wines, my wife cocktails. All was excellent. The tasting menu wasn’t all to my liking but that was due to me being somewhat out of my depth with some of the canapés. The quality however was first rate! I’d come back again, although perhaps go for something less extravagant next time. Seriously though, what incredibly good service!

   We had an excellent time celebrating my ‘special’ birthday, the food and wine were excellent, we had the tasting menu with matching wines. Our waiter was excellent in explaining the course and the wine paired with it. We will certainly be returning very soon.

    Another fantastic visit to 36 on the quay. This time we had the lunch set menu. The courses were a very generous size and so well presented! A fantastic 50th Anniversary treat for the parents.
