   Ordered a Ribeye steak and it was very tough. Waiter was nice, however once we were done with our appetizer we heard from him until we were done dining. We would of ordered a glass of wine with our meal, but we couldn’t. Never asked why there was a half eaten steak on my plate, or how my meal was.

    Excellent filet mignon pepper sauce ,the mashed potatoes are delicious, good list of wine.Perfect and fast service. Ee'll come back. We love the decor, too.

    The tables are worn out, and they do not bother to cover them with a tablecloth. Drinks are terrible, no appetizer plates, had to ask for bread. When you are paying $70 plus for a steak you expect a little service and ambiance. This had niether. On top of that they automatically bill you 20% on the food and tax as gratuity. At best they deserve a tip of 10% for the bad drinks, worn out table and lack of service. Food was good but not so good that you can forget the lack of service , ambianece.

    We went to Shula’s to celebrate my sons 21st birthday and it did not disappoint! He was greeted with a ‘Happy Birthday’ as soon as we arrived and multiple times throughout our stay. He felt very special and the meal was perfection!

    Staff was awesome, but had to compensate for the kitchen, which the first pass of four steaks was sent back by manager before we even saw it. We waited an hour for that. Then the second pass was also well over cooked and the waitress took off two steaks because we said we’d prefer to eat it vs waiting again. They may have new cooks, but to ruin 4 quality steaks twice is a huge red flag. Management was looking at quality not us, so we were very appreciative, but it really shines a light on what they want to put out vs what the kitchen is doing. I would go back simply because of manager and wait staff.

    Very nice waiter. Food was mediocre. Sat in an area that was loud due to the bar and other surrounding guests. Would have preferred to be in a more secluded area. Nice restaurant for a date night if you don’t mind a moderate noise level.

    Took the wife out for Valentines Day. Shula’s was great. Our waiter was great. He was always there when we needed him, but he did it without hovering. We had a very enjoyable experience. My wife had the pork chop and I had the New York Strip Steak, both we cooked perfectly and delicious.

    My wife and I decided to use a GC we received during the holidays. I'll start with the negatives. We ordered 2 entrees (Fish and steak) and an appetizer. The drinks were slow and the waiter seemed a bit rushed. The scallop appetizer had a great texture but lacked flavor. The fish came out about 2 minutes before my steak and I understand why. You just DON"T leave seafood in the expo window. Unfortunately, the Mahi still got dry about 2 bites in. This is common unfortunately even in fine dining. I ordered their most expensive steak. It was cooked perfectly and looked beautiful when presented. But a $130 AGED ribeye should be oozing flavor into your mouth at every bite (my opinion). It did not ooze any flavor that would indicate that you were eating a premium menu item at a well-known Steak house brand. In fact, I was wondering if the steak was aged at all. Had I known this I would have chosen the lower-priced ribeye and enjoyed another round of drinks. Actually 2 rounds according to the price difference. Overall the service was barely OK. I have a lot of pet peeves from having worked in fine dining in my younger days. So I try not to be too picky about services. I know, for most younger people, it's just a job. THE GOOD STUFF. The drinks were excellent. The flavor of the fish was really good. The vibe in the place was really nice and chill. You could see in every direction that people were enjoying their evening. The staff was polite and professional. The layout of the restaurant and its seating were quite comfortable. The place was nice and clean. In short, I would love to give them another shot at the aged ribeye. Unfortunately, I am no longer in the habit of throwing $ away. Perhaps sometime we will go back for other menu items.

    Good execution on the steakhouse menu. Service was top notch and quickly resolved the one issue we experienced. Excellent cocktails - try the dirty martini or the Paloma. The strip and the rib eye were cooked to perfection and seasoned expertly. Nice options on the salad and if you accept anchovies on the Caesar be prepared for a healthy addition of anchovies! The baked potato, mushrooms and roasted Brussels sprouts were all outstanding accompaniments. Solid wine list - priced a little high but some solid bottles - the Louis Martini Napa Cab was wonderful.

    Went there on the 27th expecting a nice evening. After we were seated it took 10 minutes before we were asked if we would like a drink. Asked for an Old Fashion and was asked what kind of vodka would I like in it. Had ribeye steak that was grisly and smashed potatoes were a poor excuse for quality food. Service was slow on everything. Incredibly, the bill for the meal came with a gratuity (20%) included. This is unacceptable!

    Shula’s is good enough for a night out, but its Tallahassee location is forgettable. The decor and lighting are a bit drab and uninspired, and the food, while better than average, is not quite worth the sticker price.

    They added an %18 gratuity for our party of 3. I didn't notice it and was going to leave a tip before my son looked at it and told me the tip was already priced in. Seemed a little sketchy to us.

    Expensive food and wine for value received. The beef tips appetizer was overcooked, the ‘fresh’ fish was highly salted dominating the dish and the asparagus overcooked. Disappointing meal for Christmas.

    My filet mignon was cooked to perfection. The smashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables tasted nice - they arrived cold (warm-ish) on the plate. Review your check / they add gratuity and don’t tell you. Website says Valet Parking is $5 but it’s now $8.

    It was ok, nothing over the top. They sat me in the bar area, service wasn’t the best there. Servers were nice enough just having to multitask (making drinks) prevented me from getting good service. For the price I paid I shouldn’t have to flag down my waiter for refills and the check. Although the ambiance wouldn’t have been the same, I wish I would have gone to Texas Roadhouse.
