For a premium steakhouse there was no dress code. Shorts, football jerseys, tee shirts ….. food was average and service was weak. Bar service was eh. Very light on the pours. Not the same quality as other Shula’s and would probably get the same quality and service at Outback. Not coming back.

The steak was delicious, cooked perfectly. The vegetables were bathed in broth that tasted good for the first bite or two, then became overwhelming. The potatoes were also over flavored. The menus were tattered and worn. Looked like they belong to a sports bar. The chairs wobbled because the legs were uneven. Bread came out but no plates to put it on. The highlight was the server. She was great. Overall, not worth the price. Can’t say we’ll eat there again.

20% tip added to all orders. Leads to substandard service, because waiters and waitresses do not have to go that extra mile for a good tip. I had to ask our waiter, “what are the specials?“ Average experience, nothing to rave about, and pricey.

I took my wife here for her birthday. We absolutely loved the experience! Everything we ate was delicious, from the tuna tartar to the kale salad. Todays' catch (swordfish) was cooked perfectly.

The service was attentive but not intrusive. The atmosphere was casual yet elegant. The steaks were grilled to perfection. The crab cakes were huge and all meet no filler. The cocktails were perfect. All-in-all, it was an excellent dining experience!

This is college town inexperienced servers but you feel obligated to tip well because they are our future and they work hard with school and work.,Great food , Grest ambience. But remember lower your expectations this is not a big city . Parking is a nightmare. Paid with the app. Tried to get my car and what a hassle. They said I tipped the amount I click on the wrong screen shot . Complete BS. Paid 16 dollars for valet that was a hassle. This is not NY or Chicago . You must valet no other parking options . Really enjoyed the food . I tipped 18% and gave the valet dude 10 bucks because I respect college kids working . I did and I relied on those tips . Friendly and nice place .

Very nice looking restaurant, service was good, food was very average and way overpriced for what you get. Since it's in the Duval Hotel I think the motivation for better prices/food is lacking since they have built-in business. I would go to have a drink but would not return for the food.

There were a total of three guests at our table including myself. We began with a shrimp cocktail. There were only 4 shrimp on the plate but good. I think 6 would have been more appropriate for the price. We ordered martinis with our appetizer. The three of us shared the 22.5 Oz dry aged tomahawk ribeye@$130, mushrooms, asparagus, baked potato, and three dinner salads. We ordered a bottle of Brunello Italian red wine@$130. The steak was very underwhelming. We ordered three desserts, coffees, and after dinner drinks. When we received our bill, there was an $89 gratuity already added to our bill. The total check was $569 and some change. Service was good but I did not appreciate the gratuity automatically added to our bill for a party of three! I would have probably tipped more but that was very tacky! I did not like that at all. The food could have been better as well. It was disappointing.

Excellent meal as always! Greg was our waiter (we always ask for him because he's so good). We started with the New Orleans BBQ shrimp. They brought extra bread for sopping up the juices from the appetizer (yum!). We ordered the fillet medallions and a ribeye steak. Both came with sides, no need to order sides for sharing. Greg helped us navigate the extensive wine list. The wine we selected was really good.

My wife thought her filet was as good or better than she has ever had. My pork chop was excellent, as was the “smashed” potatoes and grilled asparagus. Flan was just ok.
