   This is a fantastic place in relation to where it is. Food was top notch - as I would expect for the price. Ambiance could’ve been a little bit nicer. Would like a real candle, and possibly a door that is in between the lounge and the dinning room to bring down the noise. Waitress was efficient and friendly. However, I cannot express how good the food was. Will most definitely be back.

   New to the Denison area, this jewel in the "downtown" is a wonderful.tasye treat from the Tempura Lobster on Roasted watermelon to the signature smoked Bread Pudding. Each bite a delight. Our sever Zack was extremely attentive, excellent in suggestions, knowledgeable on wines, and a wonderful person to have assist us. Everything on the menu that was chosen was amazing. A must if staying in the area. Make reservations though, it is the best of the best in the area.

   It was our first time dining there. A very special place. Porterhouse could be better. Lots of gristle. How ever the Filet was perfect. We will be back. Kind of pricey so special occasions. Service was out standing.

    A amazing place for a special occasion. We celebrated a belated mother's day and had a wonderful time. Drinks were great. Food was even better. Although the mac n cheese could have been more cheesy. It's a bit pricey, but worth it.

    The food was wonderful. It was Mothers Day brunch. They were busy but not crazy busy. It was clear to me the wait staff was not well trained. The 2 upstairs wait staff seemed new to the business and had a hard time keeping up with 5 tables. Every trip was a waste of time as they brought everything one at a time, ie; coffee, then the cream and then the sugar even though it was all requested at the time we ordered the coffee.

    I came to town to see my mom for mothers day, I wanted to take her somewhere different. This was perfect, very nice, upscale but with a relaxed atmosphere. My dad and brother also joined us, everyone enjoyed the food, the waiter was great! I am excited to come back and bring my husband.

    A friend of mine and I went there and was very impressed with the overall experience from the greeting us when we arrived and leaving. The server was friendly and knowledgeable about the spring menu. The ambience is very relaxing and the food was awesome. I’ve ordered a specialty drink, the Mule, and it was amazing flavor. It’s a great place for friends to get together or a date night.

    I had a reservation at 8pm, which we arrived 2 minutes early for. Checked in & got seated quickly which was wonderful. Upon seating, no wait staff came to our table to take our drink order. After 15 minutes of waiting, we left, There were waitstaff walking around behind us chit chatting & even some standing by the hostess talking but never one even came to our table. I was very disappointed and have never walked out before on any restaurant but we were there celebrating a special occasion & not even getting acknowledged put a damper on our experience.

    Proposed to my now fiancée and the entire staff was so helpful and generous! Service was phenomenal as well as all the food we had! Wagyu meatballs were to die for! Our server Connor was absolutely amazing with helping with our big night, and when I say the entire staff congratulated us… I mean ALL of them did! As well as the bartenders were exceptional! Overall great place if you’re willing to pay for high quality service and food!

    We ordered steaks (5 of us) - we all ordered medium cook and they all came out medium rare - very rare They did take them back and cook longer but was disappointed since they had cut the steak in half before bringing it out and didn’t notice how rare they were

    Took my parents here for my Mom's birthday. Thrilled to have a spot like this in the Sher/Den area. As someone who has worked in new restaurants and fine-dining steak houses in Chicago, Dallas, LA, and Arizona I applaud the team for doing such a fine job here at Chophouse. We ordered a ton of food for the three of us as I had flown in from NYC for this celebration and we LOVE to eat. I really love the ambiance that this place provides. The harsh track lighting on the walls near the tables outlining the main dining room were a bit bright and definitely did not help the feel too much. Love the overall design and decor. The tables are a bit massive which is good for ordering, but not great for conversations. I don't recall what apps we ordered, but going into entrees and sides: The Cacio e Pepe with Lobster: the lobster came out looking beautiful, but was overcooked, tough, and a tad bit rubbery. It was difficult to enjoy. The cacio e pepe itself was a little too salty for the three of us, as well. The mushrooms we ordered came out severely dry, as if they had fully dried out under a lamp or on the fire. The star of the show was the twice baked potato. Truly amazing. Terrific flavor and beautiful presentation. Cowbow Ribeye was cooked perfectly and seasoned beautifully. We had a lovely bottle of wine as well, however there was no mention of our celebration or my mom's birthday which was a bummer. Overall, a terrific addition to Texoma (Denison specifically) and a place I am excited to watch grow and further develop. The back bar area looked incredible; live music and a lively crowd. The back bar itself is a beauty. I will definitely be back. *something else I noticed as it is one of my restaurant pet peeves: the dish on the menu listed as "brussel sprouts". A slight but terribly common typo that I can't help but point out.*

    We always enjoy meals and drinks at 34! Whether it’s a special occasion or just dinner, it’s always good. My only suggestion would be to get some acoustic panels to deaden the noise and something to break the sound from the live music blasting into the dining room.

    My wife and I ate at 34 for our anniversary. She ordered the pasta, and I ordered the blackened salmon. She really liked the simplicity of her pasta, I prefer a pasta more moist. My salmon was perfectly cooked! Moist and tender, with a great smokey flavor. I did not care for the roasted vegetables as the texture was spongy and chewy. The sauce was over reduced, and more like a thick gravy, but the flavor was good. The highlight of the meal was the appetizer, Lobster Tempura! A lobster tail set on top of a slice of watermelon with a whipped spicy goat cheese. What a wonderful flavor profile! I highly recommend you try it, and make sure that your bites combine all elements of the dish as chef intended. Excellent! The noise level is a little on the loud side. The dining room could use some soft surfaces. Overall we enjoyed our experience, and will return!

    34 changed their menu, and the Eisenhower pot roast just isn’t the same. No idea why they did this, but not a good move in my opinion. We still love the atmosphere, and will return.
