I would have given it 5 stars overall except for my experience with the front desk. I had called about an hour earlier to tell them part of my party had cancelled. The reaction from the woman on the phone made me feel I had committed a major crime. When we got there, we reported to desk and got nothing but a blank stare. We were a few minutes early and I said we wait in bar. twenty minutes after our RSVP, I went back to desk and asked for an update. I was told a few minutes more and that they would get us. ten minutes later they did. We went to the desk and the woman greeter was no where to be found. We waited for a while and then she showed up and without a word led us to our table. VERY RUDE.
The rest of night was terrific. Great waiter, great food.
I will go back and hope that the front of the house will have improved. If it doesn't, I will try other places in the area.
Great food, service a little fast!! Way too noisy!!!
My friends and I were celebrating another's birthday and we enjoyed our dinner and dessert, where were delicious!
Great Nachos because they were very different than any I've ever had. Smoky chicken on nachos had an amazing flavor.
We have eaten at Belrose many many times over the past 20 plus years. Special occasions, Saturday Night out, just weekdays to avoid our kitchen.
So we will return, but our past Saturday night experience was not up to muster.
Never should have taken 30 minutes for our drink order to arrive. Not to nit pic but service was clearly under duress and we paid the price.
My wife and I have been going to Belrose for over 20 years. We have never had a bad meal
Great food and atmosphere as usual. Never disappointed here.
It was our first tine here and wanted it to be a really special night out. This restaurant did not disappoint. Everything from the food to our server James was outstanding. Thank you for making it a wonderful evening
Great outdoor dining
My friend and I decided to try out your restaurant on Friday April 13, 2018. We were unwelcomingly greeted by the hostess who seemed annoyed at having to confirm our reservation for 5:00 Pm. Since we were 15 minutes early she dismissively told us to either wait or have a drink at the bar until our table was ready. At the bar, we did not have much luck either. It took about 10 minutes for us to be served, with a clear sense that "two minority women" were not welcomed there. At 5:15, we decided to check if our table was ready since the hostess did not come to get us as she was more preoccupied taking "selfies". We were directed to a table in the back. The room was nicely decorated, although a bit too cold. The food was good, however, the waitress never came to check if we were satisfied with our order. My friend and I, two well-educated professionals working in one of the universities in the area, felt understandably unwelcomed and we are unlikely to recommend your place to our colleagues or family and friends. Education is key and it looks that your place may need cultural awareness training.
Overall very pleasant experience! Food was very good!
While the menu may not seem to have anything “pop” out at you the preparation was delicious! Our entire table did not have any complaints on the quality and taste of the food! Our server was also great and very attentive!
Great staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great menu and then the specials sounded amazing!
Dinner was delicious! The entrees (salmon and rainbow trout) were prepared perfectly. Charred octopus and arugula salad was wonderful and plenty big enough to share. The service is attentive. Wine by the glass is a bit pricey (for the size of the pour). Although the prices are a bit high - the food is very good and portions are generous. Acoustics are good so you can actually talk when the restaurant is full. I would recommend 333 Belrose.
Excellent food marred by poor service. Our party of six was rushed from the moment we sat down. There was no effort to ask if we wanted second drinks; plates were being pulled away while people were still trying to finish meals; we were warned that we had "five minutes" to make our selections.
The food has remained consistently good over all these years - fresh fish, flavorful sauces, creative sides and salads.
Excellent all around. Highly Recommend
Dinner with an old friend 3/5/18
Outstanding as always. Tasty and presented very well.
Cozy place with great art work. Central to my workplace.
They have delicious food, provide good service, but are a little pricey.
Very thankful that the staff accommodated our group for a happy hour birthday celebration!!! We have been looking for a new regular place to hang out near work and I think we have found it!!!! The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Loved the atmosphere in the bar. Thank you again for helping our group celebrate a special 60th birthday!!
333 Belrose is really good for dinner & heavy lunch. Good food good value.
We were there for Easter Brunch. The food was very good but $35 per person was too much for eggs /Belgian waffles/chicken salad/ham/ breakfast breads. The food was good no doubt but over priced
The pork tenderloin is absolutely fantastic
We had a very nice meal and, unlike at many other current restaurants, were able to have a conversation. The chef also accommodated my dietary restrictions.
Good service, above average food. This is not a foodie destination. However, the food is good and the servers are attentive.
One of our go to on the Mainline. Fantastic fish every time.
My wife and I were in town for a wedding. We did some research and spoke to some friends who live in the area who recommended 333 Belrose. We could not have been more blown away by this restaurant. Great, great food, wonderful ambiance, and fantastic service. This is really a 5 star destination. We cannot wait to get back.
We enjoy this restaurant as a go-to place for a very nice evening out with friends.
Attractive dining room, and a quieter patio. Attentive waiters, nice menu, good wine.
A place worth going to, off the Blue Route N. from Villanova exit. Bar is really lively and
loud. Seems like a good place for singles to go to pick up an interesting person for talks, etc.
First time there. Excellent food and service. A tad pricy, however good enough that I will return. It was a week night so the dining room was not full, and so was quiet. I presume that we’re it full the noise level would increase as well.
Hadn’t been here in sometime. I loved everything. My salad with goat cheese, dried cherries and sherry shallot vinaigrette was ample and amazing. I substituted the local greens for butter lettuce. The jail Island salmon was flavorful and extremely moist and tender!!! A home run.
Great meal...attentive servers though service was a little fast but we were not rushed. Short ribs were delicious. and the mashed yams were amazing! Grilled duck was excellent...tender and juicy! Will definitely be back!
Great food great service
Food and service are both amazing.
Food was excellent - service was really good - I will def come back
great service and comfortable atmosphere. Our meals were delicious, desserts were amazing and the espresso and coffee finished the night off perfectly.
The service was exceptional. Staff can't be beat!
Food came out cold and had to send back.
Ordered a special with steak and shrimp and was sadly disappointed.
Two shrimp and an overly small filet which were significantly over priced.
Too many restaurants in area to frequent 333.
I understand happy hour at bar is good!
Very good food. Friendly staff.
Food very good, however we went into a separate room with only 2people at another table and the tried to seat,us,in the corner of,the room. I objected and they changed,us.
Valentine’s Day dinner. Even though it was a bit more crowded than usual, food and service were excellent. Love this place!
Lovely Valentines dinner
