Wonderful first visit, celebrating wifes birthday. We, plus our son, all enjoyed our meals, one appetizer and our drinks. Had nice conversation with Chef Eric, as we share some friends and experiences. Encourage all to visit 317 Main for their quality and creative food and drink menu, and very attentive and friendly staff. Will be returning for sure.

I chose this restaurant based on its previous great reviews and its location, we went to Charlotte’s speakeasy afterwards. My husband, myself and my parents were all very pleased with our food. The ambience was very pleasant, the waitstaff are all very friendly and professional. I recommend the charred octopus and for my main dish I had the salmon which was delicious. We will all definitely be coming back.

Excellent dinner. My husband and I shared a steak with mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts with bacon, and a light summer lager. Everything was delicious. The noise level was moderate with the restaurant only moderately full. It would be too loud for my comfort if it had been full.
