    Arrived at noon, ordered a baked potato but, was told they were not ready. Had to order something else, a little disappointing that food was not ready for customers.

    The food and cocktails were delicious, and the staff was attentive as well as very friendly. I had requested outdoor seating, and my party was seated in a well shaded area of the patio. We also thoroughly enjoyed the musical entertainment of the night.

    Apps, my steak, and drinks were great. It was seemingly slow for a Friday night in downtown Paducah. Maybe 8 or 9 total tables. Took a long time to receive our order. Mine was wrong. My wife’s had a missing item. My wife compared her steak to a subpar Applebees. A lot lacking for an almost $200 ticket. My previous experience on NYE was excellent - everything was top notch. This was a let down. I’ll probably give it another shot at some point.

    Good food. Great atmosphere. Relaxing dinner. I had the prime rib, and it was very tasty. The sandwiches that came to the table were described as delicious.

    3100 was perfect for my business dinner. Great food and quiet enough to actually have a conversation. The new bartender is known for her Old Fashioned--she did not disappoint. The deviled eggs were tasty, the steaks were prepared perfectly.

    We enjoyed our dining experience very much. The food was very good and so was our service. The band music was rather loud but the manager had asked them to lower the volume some. The room is not that large, so the music was pretty loud. They had done their best by seating us at a table at the back of the room. Thought some of the entrees were pretty pricey but the food was delicious.

    Service was terrible. Was sat a the smallest table I’ve ever seen. Like smaller than a child size table squished between 3 tables. The host even had to remove a plant decor from the table to make room for when we ordered. There were visible open tables around. Sat for 5 minutes and no one approached us. Couple comes in after us and is sat, and the waiter went right over, got drink orders and brought them waters and menus. 10 minutes of waiters and waitress walking past us and still nothing. At 14 minutes of not being acknowledged we got up and walked out. My partner very much thought this was a racial issue, and observing the environment I can’t say I disagree. This place wasn’t just crazy busy, there’s no reason we shouldn’t have been at least approached once in almost 15 minutes by staff. Either to explain our waitress would be with shortly or anything. Especially when several walked by and said nothing. Very disappointed in this treatment and service overall and definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone in the future.

    Made a reservation and they were ver prompt and seated us immediately. The service was top notch. Live band was very good and played all variety. Food was excited and cooked to order. Manager even made several rounds checking on customers. Definitely will be back in the near future.

    Not once but 5 times we were reminded that our table would be need an hour and 15 minutes after our reservations. That's fine, I understand that. A band starting playing and my family and I were enjoying that, rather than someone asking us "Would you mind moving over here to this section?" We were told 5 times that we were on a time limit. I have never been to a restaurant where this occurred before. It was a bit pricy, but that's understandable if the food is in line with higher price quality. We were not impressed by the service, nor the food. The building, atmosphere and band were very nice. The drink menu was very nice also.

    Cocktails were great! Salads were excellent! Especially the wedge salad. It could have used a drizzle of a good balsamic vinegar. Fried shrimp was very good. Baked potatoes were very well cooked and presented. Chicken breasts were small, very over cooked and barely warm. Seemed like a store bought frozen breast that had been rewarded. Not too appetizing. Deserts were fantastic.

    I had the gorgonzola steak pasta. The server asked how I want it cook it. I said medium and it was cooked rare. The manager spoke to everyone except us and the black people at the bar about the experience and if everything is being enjoyed.

    Food was great ! Our table was in the back corner of the building which was close to the back door, and employees were going in and out letting in cold air. I complained to the hostess and it was stopped. If not for this, I would have given 5 stars. Overall satisfied, band was good ! Will give it a try again

    Our service was excellent. Tory was awesome and took great care of us. We were a little disappointed in the food. Box precooked shrimp was very disappointing. Did enjoy the atmosphere and husbands steak was good and cooked to his taste. Cocktails were delicious.

    Was a great meal! The atmosphere was very nice, good service from the staff, great cocktails. I will say I was surprised at the small serving size of the grilled chicken, though. But overall we had a great time and I’m sure we will return.

    Our appetizer wasn't edible and our waiter didn't even ask why we didn't ask why we only took two bites out of it. The food was good but not worth the price.

    There was great food and great service! I decided to have my 21st birthday at this wonderful restaurant and I'm so glad I did. They definitely know what good service is. The steak was full of flavor, no sauce needed! And the chicken breast was absolutely amazing. Recommend 10/10
