Breakfast menu has unique local dishes. We had the blue crab eggs Benedict and avocado toast topped with salmon lox. We are outside and had a view of the fountains.
Besides the sushi, the food does not look and taste fresh.
We celebrated my daughter’s birthday. The server provided a complimentary shake topped with cotton candy and they sang her a birthday song. They also asked about food allergies. My daughter has a peanut allergy so they were very careful and brought her a separate bread basket which was prepared in a nut free area. The seafood was fresh and deliciously prepared. We had the coconut crusted grouper and herb crusted tuna. I would highly recommend this restaurant if visiting the Nassau area.
We decided to go after many of our friends recommended it was just okay. Here’s our thoughts... FOOD exceeded expectations. ATMOSPHERE was not pulled together well. They have beautiful fun/ colorful/ abstract paintings but the place is too bright and makes the large room feel more like a cafeteria. Also, no music was playing except in the bathrooms. SERVICE was kind and attentive but our food took forever they kept coming out to inform us it was coming and after it arrived explained it got stuck behind a table of 18 outside. No problem, it happens and we appreciated the communication and honesty. The restaurant was maybe 1/3 filled and we ordered dessert and took another 25 minutes. It’s hard to believe that excuse now as a cheesecake dessert does not take long to prepare. 2hrs 15mins for 2-people dining is a little long for us but besides that everything else was great!
Terrible delays. Terrible ambiance/lighting.
We enjoyed the food and service. i would recommend it to friends. Nate was a great server.
The host came Over and noticed one of the plates was hardly touched. When told that the chicken was inedible they still did not remove it from the bill.
This was definitely our least favorite restaurant at BahaMar. The food was completely lackluster. My filet was well done, when I asked for medium rare. That’s quite a big jump. The lobster Mac n cheese was bland, and quite frankly just not good. We loved all of the restaurants, but this will not be on our list again. Note: i didn’t have any, but apparently the sushi was decent.
Our food was good, but all others at our table did not like theirs (we had 4 others with us). Main issue I had was that our waitress would disappear for long periods of time and even when we walked around trying to find her, we couldn't. We were in restaurant 3 hours because of our waitress, she forgot drinks several times after being gone a long time. Have never had this bad of a server before. Definitely would not recommend due to the service.
The dining experience at 3 Tides beat our high expectations!! The service was outstanding!! Nate and Chris took excellent care of us all night and made the dinner feel so friendly. The food was phenomenal!!!
Excellent meal. Great service from Marco.
We enjoyed our time at 3 Tides. The oysters, mussels, and grouper were delicious. Service was good. The restaurant’s ambience was nice and there was plenty of room between tables.
This was a planned dinner as a part of a 5 day vacation at Baha Mar resort. The food was OUTSTANDING!
Birthday for wife that was never acknowledged
The food was excellent and our waitress was nice, and we did appreciate her. But some things took a little too long, especially for the prices that we paid.
Cami was such a great waitress. She was so friendly and attentive. The food was incredible. We had an a order of oysters and an order of prawns for appetizers. My husband had the red snapper and I had the surf and turf for our main courses. For dessert we had the apple pie with ice cream. It was one of the best meals I have ever had. We sat outside on the patio to watch the fountains and enjoyed every moment.
Worst food of the trip! Don’t go here. Lobster was tough and $49. Fries were soggy and not cooked.
The service was excellent here. We had a small issue with the sushi and they bent over backwards to accommodate us.
Solid seFood restaurant for a resort.
Best place we are at in Bar Mar. Margaret was out waitress and she was knowledgeable and knew what customer service means.
We sat outside on the patio which was very quiet. Food was delicious local options. Service was great.
We wanted a fancier dinner during our vacation.
We dined at 3 Tides a few times, for breakfast and dinner and really enjoyed the friendly service and seafood selection. One of our favourites during our visit.
Great! They’re professionals indeed.
Great food...the lobster was delicious. Flexible with swapping out the sides.
Staff was attentive. Inside seating very noisy but outside seating very pleasant. We were even able to watch the water fountain show from our table. Fish was excellent and very fresh.
Only party in the restaurant. Food bland.
The food was extremely bad. We purchased the seafood tower and everything tasted as if it was frozen and thawed out. We also ordered a steak which was smothered in sauce and a salad that was inedible. The drinks were good but the food quality was extremely disappointing.
Excellent food! We had dinner outside and could enjoy the display of light and music of the water fountains. The three conchs appetizer was amazing!!!
Great friendly service and delicious food. We really enjoyed it!!
Decent food but overpriced. Dessert was bad. For almost 10 dollars the apple pie should have been much bigger. My main dish, the grouper, has 1 piece of fennel and 4 pieces of asparagus. It just felt cheap. For 35 dollars I expected much more food. We won’t be returning on this trip.
It was lovely. My husband and I enjoyed our time at 3 tides and the food was delicious.
A+ EXCELLENT SERVICE
Amazing Food. Amazing service. Amazing environment.
Overall excellent meal & service. Waiter & management very attentive. Seafood was well prepared. Only criticism is that restaurant was bit too pricey. Lobster dishes were correctly priced and generously portioned but some of the other dishes (like the fish & chips for example) were expensive for what they were. Despite everything, one of the better restaurants at Baha Mar. Highly recommend.
Poor service... just the culture... they dont care.
Food and service were great. The assistant manager made a point of visiting our table to chat and to ensure everything was perfect.
We wanted to visit the Baha Mar so dining at 3 Tides was the start to our evening. We had to wait about 45 minutes for our table even though the restaurant was not crowded and our food took a very long time to come out but the manager was very apologetic and gave us a free dessert. The seafood side of the menu was excellent, the sushi was just ok and not worth the prices.
Terrible service, we had to beg for water. We ordered the surf and turf cooked medium rare it came out well done. They did take it off the bill but at these prices you shouldn’t make such mistakes. Baha Mar needs to offer better service & food if they want to charge these prices!
Wonderful meal! Great service! Enjoyed it very much.
