   Food and ambiance great. It took a long time to get our drinks. Appetizers came before the drinks. It was busy and they did offer complimentary dessert.

   It was good, not great. Decent value for the money. Steak was a bit tough and gristly. Eggs tasted like they were lying around for 10 minutes before being served. Potatoes were good. Mimosa not very good. Waitress, who was very pleasant, actually came out to apologize for slow service.

   Noise level was ridiculous. It was only my wife and I . I couldn’t hear at all. Another table of 6 were also upset about the noise. I ordered the ribeye, knowing that it would have fat like ribeyes normally do. However this steak was so full of fat, I should of returned it. The recommended lemon mouse cake had a stale crust. The red shrimp appetizer was delicious as usual and the service was great! We will give it another try. Please fix the noise, it may be the reason you have empty tables.

   Excellent mushroom soup and pear and walnut salad. Extremely loud, with a screaming, undisciplined child at 7:00 pm. So book later if you do not love that ambiance. The veranda was booked for a private and it was chilly, but it would have been much more pleasant.

    We had a great dinner with service from Jordan. Drinks were served fast and he made sure to check on us regularly which we appreciated. All of the food was delicious - red shrimp appetizers is a must, I had the fresh catch, my husband had the steak, and we split a creme brulee at the end. Great restaurant if you want a quality meal.

    The ladies up front were very welcoming when we arrived. Daphne was our server and she was excellent. All the bartenders were great as well.

    A great meal at 3Palms as usual. It was a beautiful day and we sat outside. Cameron our server was fantastic. He was very professional and very attentive, and communicative. The food was overall good at my table. The two ladies had salads and they looked nice, though very small for the price. Once you add a protein, you are up to $25-27 for a lunch salad. My buddy had a burger, and it looked really good. I tried something different and got the pulled pork bbq sandwich. It was small and honestly, I think they have better bbq at Buc-ee’s. Typically they food is outstanding, this day I’d say it was okay. We are regulars there, and we’ve never had a bad meal, so we’ll keep going!

    i always loved 3 palms but last night my entree was almost inedible! i had the short ribs and they were so overcooked! i didn't make a big thing of it, but told my server and she came back with the offer of a free dessert.

    We were there while an event was going on and the staff was mainly focused on the event, but with this being said the food took a very long time to come out of the kitchen, we had no silverware (still) and a couple of food items were missing. The server was slammed and rarely came by and the noise level was very high. All in all, it was not a good experience. Maybe they overbooked and thought they could make it work. It definitely didn’t. There were four of us and we spent well over $300 for a below average experience, sadly.

    After sitting at a table for 6, we waited 20 minutes and never even got a drink. Waiter came by once and said I will be right with you and never returned. We all got up and left. Can’t comment on food.

    Chicken salad had lots of dark meat and grisly meat so diner 1 did not care for it. Pastrami sandwich had too much fat on meat so it was messy trying to get fat off.. Diner 2 would not order again. Royal reds were excellent. Food overall was not impressive.

    Excellent service, our waitress had excellent timing on when to be checking in on us and when to leave us by ourselves. Entrees were served at the right temperature and flavorful. Certainly will be back in the near future.

    Food, drinks and service were outstanding. Like evry restaurant today the prices are a little high. We took an indoor seat because it was a little chilly. Our table was not great. Up against a wall and dirty window. I would do outdoor dining if the weather is good next time

    The food was poor. Four of us, ordering different entrees, one decent, the others poor quality. It was crowded and it was difficult to carry on a conversation. The restaurant did replace some of the food and reduced the charges.

    Pork tenderloin and lamb chops very over salted. Probably the brown sauce common to both. Chef should taste his creations. One of my favorite restaurants. Very disappointed.

    Pear and blue cheese salad with grilled chicken hit the spot. It would be nice to have a 1/2 sandwich or 1/2 salad and soup combination available at lunch. Grouper sandwich was very good according to dining companion. But she only ate 1/2.
