   The vineyard is beautiful and an overall enjoyable experience. Docked one star because we were celebrating our anniversary as noted on our reservation. However, the staff did not acknowledge our special occasion. Why ask on the reservation if you are celebrating an occasion and then not acknowledge it?

   The steak was costly and somewhat tough. I wanted to order trip steak or elk but kitchen was out of those and buffalo burgers. I ordered another burger which was pretty tasty, The truffle fries were delicious. The wine was superb!! We were waiting about 45 minutes for our meal which was way too long!!! Good that we ordered tasty bread with oil to tide us over! The waiter should explain how long steak will take to cook. Our meal was beyond our budget.

   It was a bit of a drive to get to the ranch, but the food was fantastic. We chose to eat inside as it was a little windy outside. It was a little noisy inside, but the service and food made it worth it. Would like to come back another day when the weather is a little nicer and eat out on the patio where there are beautiful views of the vineyard.

   We always have a very enjoyable night at the Three Horse Winery. All the employees are so friendly and helpful and the owners, Martha and Gary, always make you feel at home. Love it!

    Decided to visit last minute instead of traveling to Boise from Emmett for our belated anniversary date night. If you are looking for a great spot to enjoy local wine and yummy snacks with really personable service, this is the place. Love the outdoor space as well.
