26 Thai Kitchen & Bar
There was nothing more satisfying than witnessing firsthand how sharing great food brings people together. I was hooked. At that moment, I realized my life dream would be to open a restaurant of my own.
It was at the age of 26 when I finally fulfilled this lifelong dream of opening my own restaurant-- simple as that!

Everything was superb! I strongly recommend the oxtails and slow roasted short ribs.
We always enjoy our time here. Great service, amazing food and lots of beverage options.
Pat (Our Server) was very polite and professional. Very attentive. Great service overall. My partner’s dish was too sweet for his taste but he still liked it. My curry dish was delicious.
Great food I recommend y’all go here the red snapper is 💣
New menu, but still has our favorites. Service was attentive, friendly. This time we tried the daily special — crispy sea scallops — which was outstanding! Other dishes were also top notch, as was the chili martini. 26 Thai is upscale Thai with commensurate prices, not your hole-in-the-wall, but well worth it when you’re in the mood for real tasty Thai food.
Excellent food, drinks, service, and environment. Will definitely be back!
The best Thai food I have had in a long time in a US restaurant was at 26 Thai Kitchen. The cocktails were also great.
Always great food and outstanding service. Never disappoints.
service was A++ as well as the manager. food was very mediocre especially for the price point. i wouldn’t go here when choosing an upscale thai location it was a good environment minus the sports tv’s in the restaurant. the tv’s cheapened the vibe. they made what would’ve been a romantic environment feel like taco mac.
This was our first visit to 26 Thai, since we wanted to use our Atlanta Passbook coupon. My husband and I both love Thai food. Our server Rika was very animated and gave us excellent recommendations. We tried a couple of wines before deciding on a glass each. There were limited wine choices, but we could tell the restaurant did a great job of picking the best wines. My husband picked a "Sai Ooa" sausage-type appetizer that he liked, and I picked the Tom Yum Soup with shrimp, which was spicy with lemongrass and Thai chili and enjoyable. Rika recommended the "special" salmon and shrimp in garlic sauce, which I loved. My husband enjoyed his ox tail entree. We shared a "crepe" (with Roti bread) dessert.
Our favorite Thai spot in Atlanta! Food is always amazing and reasonably priced. Patty was a great server - friendly and timed everything perfectly. Can’t wait for the midtown location to open!
Always great food and service!
We dined here for our 15th anniversary dinner and the food, service and experience could not have been better. It seemed the entire staff was aware of the milestone and sought to make us feel our best! We each ordered a special and they were so well presented and prepared! Our server doubled as an amateur photographer, as he captured the best angles of every course. He then ended the meal with a uniquely inspired cocktail!! Thanks for everything!!
Excellent food and beverages. Personable service and friendly staff. Great place for a date, celebration or daily dining.
Excellent meal. We started with the dumplings, 4 delicious dumplings. I had the grouper with eggplant and green beans. Amazing. I ‘ve had dinner here 4 times. I have ordered the grouper three times. It is amazingly wonderful! My friend had the short ribs. They were very good. Not as good as the grouper but very good. All in all, the food is great, the service is very good and the ambiance is nice.
I'm not sure whether I've ever given a restaurant 5/5 stars, only because I believe there's always room for improvement. That being said my first visit to 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar was flawless. From the warm greeting we received at the door. to the inspired decor, to the fantastic food, and the amazing service...there's not one thing I can think of as a criticism. We had dinner before seeing a show at the Fox Theatre. Our food was delicious and served with a smile in a timely manner. The hostess, a couple of servers, the bartender, and the manager all visited our table during the meal to inquire about our experience. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone.
Slow for lunch....
Found out about them originally by working with them @ Fooda
Brought a crew from the office and gave it a try for a "sit down" lunch hour.
It was incredibly slow
Nice space, good presentation but not busy and kitchen had meals out 10mins apart for each at out table
26 Thai was great! Very nice place, great value, and tasty food.
Another great meal & time
The food was as beautiful as it was delicious. Wonderful service by entire staff from the moment we walked in until we left. Can’t wait to return. Would highly recommend.
The restaurant was really nice, great date night atmosphere. However, I was not impressed with the food. The short rib was over cooked and chewy and didn’t really enjoy the green curry or assortment of vegetables. I was not impressed. Very overpriced
For what they offer
Since stumbling upon this Thai restaurant I have made it my top Thai dining pick in all of Atlanta. Parking is validated, the ambiance is classy, and the food is always delicious. The wait staff is friendly and the drinks are also very tasty. I love this place.
Amazing authentic Thai food with some nice fusion with other Asian, Indian and western themes.
Food was above average but not as good as the way it is priced. Manager was very courteous. Service could have been better.
Excellent food! Had my Birthday Dinner here, The only thing that rub me the wrong way was the Manager putting a time on our party reservation.. I don’t expect to stay all night but I definitely don’t want to be rush. Other then that everything was good!
First time trying this place for my moms birthday. Great service and food. Waiter is very informative about menu! Amazing Thai Tea!
Very attentive staff and delicious food!
Would recommend! Great food matched by excellent service. Our waiter was able (and willing) to answer every type of question about the menu and give his own recommendations. All with a smile. My wife and I will be sure to return!
Shrimp in a blanket was awesome. So was the tom yup soup. Basil Gai was a little dry
The location had a beautiful and chill ambiance with a lot of authentic and delicious variety of Thai food.
Very hospitable and attentive staff, great decor and fantastic food. Thai cuisine is one of my favorites and this place is now in my top 5 ATL Thai restaurants. Thanks so much for helping us celebrate our 12th anniversary!
Woody was our host for dinner. He has hosted us, previously, and remembered my wife and I. He does a really nice job of being attentive, supportive but not overwhelming. Woody doubles as the bartender. In this, he offers recommendations based on your meal selection. The food is very good as well...appropriately seasoned. The food and host combination is why we have returned.
Food was excellent and the entire staff was very welcoming! Wonderful Thai restaurant for my birthday celebration!
Best Thai restaurant in town for khao soi, delicious as always. Lots of good choices for the 26 Thai Appetizer platter (highly recommend the wings). Skip the Tom Yum Seafood Fried Rice. Friendly service.
Seriously delicious! Our server Dylan was awesome!!!
Ask for Woody! He is incredible.
Recently went to 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar for date night with my husband. Service and ambiance was great and the food was amazing! We had the Pineapple Crab Fried Rice (love the presentation) and Prik salmon and shrimp. This is our new favorite Thai restaurant.
I have been to 26 Thai on more than one occasion, even for a wedding reception but this time was definitely not the best. I enjoyed my lychee mojito and hoped to enjoy my food which I’ve ordered before, however the spice level was weak and when I asked for fresh chili’s instead of understanding I wanted more spice the waiter argued with me about it! I had to ask the manager for chili’s because I guess the waiter didn’t agree with me in putting chili’s in my dish. I understand if the food is prepared in a particular way but it was my preference so I don’t get how that should be overlooked. After that I didn’t feel like our waiter was too helpful or friendly. I do plan to go back but I’d like to make sure I am clear about how spicy I like the food and have a waiter that doesn’t judge my preferences is all!
Not your typical Thai restaurant. Great varied menu with dishes you don’t find in most other ATL Thai spots.
