   We took my mom for her 81st birthday last night because it’s her favorite restaurant. We asked for bread twice, never got any. Ordered Caesar salads and he brought us clam chowder and then my main dish, scallops tasted like they hadn’t been rinsed and were gritty and horrible. We never complained or returned anything because we aren’t that type of people. They gave us the bill right away and although told, never wished my mom happy birthday or brought us a dessert menu. Extremely disappointing dining experience!

   We had a really good dinner. I had a a cup of lobster bisque and the salad with ahi off the appetizer menu. It was delicious. My husband had the grilled shrimp on a skewer with clam chowder and baked potato. Steven was our server. He was friendly and attentive. We will return next time we’re in San Pedro.

   Great local restaurant with great food. Nice view of the boats docked outside. Service great. This is our second time here and it hasn't disappointed us!

   The hostesses should have verbal when we came in. I think they were worried about other things.

   What a beautiful restaurant and location! The view of the San Pedro Harbor is spectacular, parking was a breeze, and the service was impeccable. Our server was prompt, kind and very attentive. The vibe was what you would expect from a more expensive restaurant, a very good price for the quality. Fish and shrimp dishes were delicious and the clam chowder was excellent. We will certainly be back for dinner.

   We had excellent service from our server whose name I did not get (my apologies for that) but he was a very nice young man and was attentive but not overly so and did a great job. I did not appreciate being run into by another person with a bus tray as I was just arriving at our table and the guy looked at me like it was my fault for being in his way or something. Sorry, but if you'd have been gracious about it so would have I.

    As always, our meals at 22nd St. Landing were exceptional!! We invited a visiting friend to join us for their first time at this restaurant. We shared these delicious appetizers: Oysters Rockefeller, Crab Cakes and a Shrimp Cocktail. We also enjoyed the locally caught Sea Bass. The grilled version was beautiful and delicious. I enjoyed my Sea Bass blackened, which was also delicious. All of their food is delicious and they have an extensive menu. The excellent service and marina view make this our go-to local restaurant. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
