   We've eaten here many times and lately things just seem to be getting better and better. We were able to sit outside--which is a delight if you like watching the day boats come and go--in lovely weather and the service was excellent. I've become a fan of their simple grilled fish (the swordfish was perfect) and my husband loves the seafood pasta dishes. The vegetables are always cooked just right and I love the sautéed spinach with garlic. Just a lovely experience--almost like a vacation for us. Thank you!

   Rosa our service worker, gave excellent service. Whatever we asked for she provided. The food was delivered in a timely fashion. Everyone enjoyed their drink. Management came by a few times to check on us. The stuffed salmon and crab cakes were delicious. This was the perfect place for my Mother’s Day dinner.

   I’ve dined at this restaurant on many occasions. Yesterday was a bit different. I had a waitress who was just the worst. Not once did she come by to ask if we needed anything. It was my moms first experience there so for her it didn’t sit well. We watch the table next to us that came and sat at least 30 minutes after us eating dinner before we received our food. The greeters sat us on time, the food was good as usual (best lobster bisque ever. Better than the big steak houses) but the service we received was borderline racist. I spoke with the manager, he said he’d get our situation resolved. Our dinner finally came, we wanted wine, I had to flag down the waitress from another table to get that. My gratuity was a reflection of her service too. I’m normally a 17-22% guy based on service. She got $8 on a $180 ticket. My mom probably ever go back to the restaurant though. 🤷🏿‍♂️

    The whole experience was wonderful. This was our first time here and whenever I am in LA again, I will be eating here. I had made a reservation, but I changed the time because of the traffic from LAX. We ended up making our original reservation time and it was no problem for the host to go on a seat us. We were welcomed by all the staff we passed. Our table had a marina view and it was so nice to have that view during our dinner. Our waitress quickly greeted us and took our drink orders. She didn’t rush us to order and when she found out it was our first time, she recommended several items on the menu. She was very helpful and had a great personality, adding to the whole experience. It did not take long for our food to arrive. We had the New England clam chowder, Caesar salad, Ahi tuna and the Alaskan halibut. The fish was cooked just right and tasted delicious. We passed on dessert, but there were several on the menu that sorely tempted us. Don’t miss eating here!

    Had lunch there on a Saturday. Made reservation and requested a table by the window with great water view. Ordered clam chowder, lobster bisque, crab cake and calamari appetizers. Soups are fine, but not hot enough. Appetizers are average, but also not hot. Ordered scallops and Mahi sandwiches. Everything came out lukewarm. The mahi is very thin. Service is good if not a little hurried. Overall the food is not living up to the great view, and the total bill is expensive for the food we got.

    We enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner last night! Ryan was very attentive and made wonderful suggestions. We had a wonderful view of the harbor and had a great time watching the seals playing. Our meals were delicious -including the Cajun Seafood Linguini, Blackened Salmon and don't forget to ask for the yummy bread. We are still talking about the great evening we had at 22nd St Landing!!

    We've eaten here several times and it's our favorite fish restaurant. Last night was a special occasion and I was so delighted were able to eat outside, overlooking the harbor. The food was delicious: their grilled fish is always good and the sides are generous. Nice wine list. The service last night was outstanding! Wonderful evening!

    We had the best time! Each of us had something different, the sea bass was excellent, the shrimp and chips were the best, the omelette was great and the salmon caesar salad is my all time favorite! Everyone was happy! We always enjoy our Sunday afternoons at 22nd street!

    This was our 2nd meal here and the food was excellent again. The crabcakes with mango and the swordfish were especially good 👍 Thanks for a table overlooking the marina again.     Nice setting with a beautiful view! Popular and convenient place to visit before boarding the cruise ships. Food was ok although the ahi salad was quite good. Staff was quite hospitable and welcoming.

    I think a "mixed review" is as good as I can do here. I guess I expected the portions to be as I find at other locals, and that means "more generous". I ordered crab-cake appetizers and got two on the plate. When there are four people at the table, you'd expect at least four of the very small crabcakes to be there. Mind you, the plate was full of salad, but that's not what I ordered. It was a disappointment, even though there was absolutely nothing wrong with the crabcake except having to cut them up between 4 people. I can say I enjoyed the Lobster Bisque, but I would not travel here just for that. I felt truly disappointed to see my Alaskan Halibut come cut "Deli thin". This alone makes me feel there was cost cutting with no thought for satisfying the customer, but only the establishments bottom line. Once again, I have mixed feelings because the halibut was very tasty, but it was very stingy as far as food value goes. I won't even comment on the other three of my guests. My opinion is what matters here and I'd go somewhere else when in San Pedro and entertaining. No complaints about the service, or the venue or the view. They were all more than satisfactory. I can't complain about the price of the plates, but I'd prefer a little more generous cut and I'd be willing to pay a more generous price, but maybe I'm just not the client for this venue.

    Another wonderful meal at the 22nd Street Landing. I had the blackened salmon that was cooked perfectly! It was a generous serving, and the seasoning was flavorful, with just a hint of heat. The fishing boats were coming in, lots of sea lion and bird activity to enjoy.

    We've been patronizing 22nd Street Landing since it opened in the 1990s. The menu is large and varied. The food is excellent and the staff are great. Some of the staff have actually been serving there since the 1990s and make it like a family experience. Highly recommended.
