220 Merrill never disappoints. Quality food and service!
Very noisy place with good food high in sodium. Wine took at least half an hour, ordered 2 bottles and neither in stock...probably won’t go back
Very nice ...........server was excellent!
Had a wonderful time with the family for Mother’s Day brunch! The service was amazing and the food was great. Our son is extremely picky and the kitchen went out of there way and made pancakes for him even though they had a buffet.
Great Mothers Day brunch! Outstanding food and atmosphere. Already planning on coming back next year!
Didn’t really disclose that is a was a buffet for Mother’s Day, very overpriced, and rude service when we requested a high chair. Won’t be back
Wow!!! From the food to the service and management hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. We were celebrating an early Mother’s Day for my wife. The valet took care of us upon arrival and the hostess were accommodating...the serve Randy was superb and the GM Courtney was first class !!! We will definitely be back thank you for such a wonderful evening!!!
Horribly loud, very disappointing bland food. Stay away from the charcuterie board - cheap deli meat.
I came in tonight for a quick bite with our favorite server Carol.
I forget how good the appetizers are here. We made a meal of several and shared. Everything was perfect.
Great food! Great service! Terrific ambiance. Went for a business lunch and it was the perfect setting. Not too noisy and everything was top-notch. Have to take the wife for romantic dinner in the evening next time.
Service was very slow. Live in the area not sure if I would go back.
The hostess was friendly enough and the atmosphere was welcoming. That is where the positive exp stopped. Service was poor ...asked for condiments, salt, pepper etc..multiple times ...never received. Technically I would think it would be on the table. Out of 5 different orders 4 had an issue...something missing or cooked incorrectly. Adding insult to injury, my stomach has been upset for 24 hours since eating there. Maybe it was the undercooked pork sausage.
Was very good food and drinks. Went for a date night and sat by the bar. Next time would prefer to sit in the dinning area to reduce the noise. I had the Beef Wellington and it was very good but not worth the 70 .
Great service and food!!
Horrible (back-to-back) experiences! My friends and I will NEVER go back! The bartenders were not friendly at all on Saturday night (yet believe) they deserve a 20% tip, even though they can’t even offer a free smile. My waitress at brunch Sunday wasn’t good. She recommend a drink that was horrible... a good waitress would notice that her customer didn’t like her drink and offer a new, but did she do that, NO! Instead she charged me for a drink I took a half of sip out of and left at the edge of the table for the busier to take away.
Also, the table runner brought another tables French fries and then the waitress charged us for them (even through we never asked for them) THEN... We go to pay the bill and ask the waitress to just divided the bill by 4 people. She charged our cards $30.00 each, but went back into the system later and charged my friends credit card AGAIN for the amount of the entire bill of $127.00!
My friend called 220 and explained how she was mischagred and she was told it would be reversed... it has now been well over 24hrs and the $127.00 charged still remains and now she needs to call her CC company and file a fraud charge to remove it.
For being considered a “High Class” restaurant, I’ve had better customer services and dining experiences at a bowling ally! Word to the wise 220... get ur staff together b/c your going down hill fast!
Great wait staff. Very attentive, friendly, and had great recommendations.
I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Something was obviously wrong with the kitchen. It took forever to get out food, and the waiter didn't check on us. We finally had to ask the man who poured our water to go find him. My husband liked his scallop. My lobster and shrimp fettuccine was prepared well, but there were only two small pieces of lobster in it. We were given a free round of drinks and a piece of cheesecake to be shared by 3 as compensation. Still, it was around $200 without the tip. And it was so noisy I couldn't hear my brother-in-law who was sitting across from me in a booth.
Lovely beautiful room. Nice service
Wonderful anniversary dinner in a beautiful setting
The bus boy was rude to me. He stood over me to grab my check but he wasn’t my server. And I wasn’t ready to pay.
He moved my purse without permission. I don’t know his name but I was at happy hour about 5pm Thursday 26th.
This was my second time in and my first experience was fabulous with Espirit!
Great service, excellent and fresh menu items. A great place to sit on the patio and enjoy the sun with a glass of wine!!
It was amazing food and service was excellent i highly recommend this place i had 3 course meal and everything was to perfection...also llazar our server was on point on every step
Legendary classic restaurant that still delivers delicious, thoughtful food with the best service possible; can’t wait to return!
Easter brunch was outstanding! They had an amazing assortment which was constantly being replenished. We were sat in what seemed to be an area apart from everyone else which was more intimate and felt like we were at home. The service was outstanding, our server was very attentive and she even made sure to explain the buffet and ended up having a great friendly conversation with us when we were done with lunch. We will definitely be back for Mother’s Day!!!
We were accommodated at the last minute for Easter Brunch. We were waited on by Carol. I’ve had this server before. She’s been with the restaurant for years now and we love her. Brunch was buffet style, but the food was hot and there were so many options, I ended up eating more than I wanted to.
I appreciate the staff coming in on the holiday to serve us and they all seemed so happy to be there.
Thank you again!
The food that they had was very good, but we thought there should’ve been more choices especially on Easter Sunday. Probably won’t be back for brunch though.
Outstanding Easter brunch! Will definitely be back!
Family weekend brunch, food was excellent, service was excellent, we will be back.
We had a wonderful waitress, really good food, and a great time. My salmon was cooked perfecting. The beet salad was delicious. The drinks were excellent, even the mock-tail made for our pregnant friend.
Great wine list and the short rib (house favorite) is absolutely a must try!
Worst seat in house, next to kitchen and service corner.
One of my favorite places to dine. Great drinks, delicious food and the service is always exceptional. Layla our server was awesome!!
meal was incredibly, good atmosphere but louder than i expected. It was sometimes difficult to hear the conversation across the table.
Quality of the food was not food omlette was just egg folded with toppings not blended ,potatoes tasted like frozen Ora ida
Great food and service. Busy restaurant, so noisy and busy. Not inexpensive.....
Perfect venue for a lovely lunch with a cherished out of town friend. Good, service, ambiance was perfect.
Kayla, our server was fantastic. Dinner was delicious. Good wine selection!
I called to make sure they had the cotton candy dessert. They told me they did. Once I arrived we were told they were out of several meals. We still decided to stay because we wanted the dessert. There were maybe 5 other people in the restaurant, however it took forever to get food. The waiter did not come back to us. We had to look for him. The air conditioner was on. It took 3 times to ask someone to please turn the air off. We never did get the cotton candy desert. We were told they could not do it. The food was not up to 300.00 plus. We were very disappointed.
220 is very classy and sexy !!! the wait staff is amazing and attentive. Our server Elizabeth was amazing and made my wife's first experience unforgettable. The cocktails, meal and dessert was epic.
Pretty underwhelming - been once before for brunch, loved it so thought would try for a business lunch. Too noisy (screaming kid out of control at booth next to us), got the Birmingham salad and had to hunt for the promised shrimp - poor value for a whopping $19 for pile of iceburg lettuce ( yes, iceburg lettuce, cheapest around. Save your money, don't think I will be back.
