Tastings are $10 per person. This is to reserve a place at the "big table" in the winery barrel room. Tastings include a variety of wines, mostly Bordeaux varietals; current releases, library wines and barrel tastes. The tasting is hosted by the winemakers, please feel free to ask questions about the winemaking process. All wines are produced and barrel aged on-site. Tastings generally take around 30 minutes.
From our website: 21 Cellars is a boutique Washington winery; creating wine with fruit from Red Mountain and Walla Walla vineyards and located in the Three Bridges District of Tacoma. Winemakers Philip and his daughters, Chloe and Tatum have dedicated their efforts to producing unique and quality limited production wines wines using hand-destemming or whole cluster fermentation coupled with French oak barrel aging. The process is never easy, but the reward is in sharing the finished product.
