Farm-To-Table

In 1852 the McCormack family raised cattle on a homestead property located 3.5 miles south of Marion, Illinois. Time-honored traditions represent one reason why the 20's Hideout Steakhouse chose to purchase this historic location in 2014 to establish its own Black Angus beef cattle operation. Today, the production methods used guarantee the highest quality 21-day aged USDA processed beef which is made available as cuts of the day from Hideout's farm-to-table menu. With an emphasis on the highest quality, these hormone and antibiotic free selections are hand cut daily. Ask your server which premium cuts of farm-to-table beef are available today.
