From Monday - Thursday , 14.00 - 16.30, and Friday -Saturday 12.00 - 15.00. Please inform our reception team of any dietary requirements when booking.     The place was lovely, the staff who served me were very nice and guided me through the menu properly. The food was amazing! My only reservation was there was a free seat closer to the window which was a two seater just like the one I was placed in and we asked the lady if we could move to it and she says a loud “NO, it’s booked”… there’s no names on the tables, so how is it booked?… I didn’t really have the “20 stories” experience cause I did not see anything, was very far from the windows, I don’t even have any pictures, if I knew it would be this way I would’ve gone to “The Ivy”.

    We had a lovely Bottomless brunch at 20 stories. Alex was our waiter and he looked after our party very well. He was attentive and made our brunch special. Thanks Alex!

    A great place for a family celebration. Rashid provided excellent service with a smile and warmth. We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation and appreciated the Chocolate Brownie and Congratulations message sent from the kitchen. Every attention was made to ensure we weren’t to hit by the window and blinds were pulled down once we had soaked up the view. Will return, especially in the evening

    Excellent panoramic views of Manchester. Be sure to dip out onto the terrace for a beverage after you eat. Food was delicious, and the service was attentive, friendly, and outstanding!

    Dirty upholstery on chairs and chipped tables, not what you would expect. Tables cramped together but thoughtfully orientated towards the windows to see the view which was nice. As to the food, we opted for the three course set menu which whilst tasty, required a couple of sides at a minimum of £6 each to make it a meal. Add to this the 13.5% service charge it was no where near value for money so sadly we won't be returning any time soon .

    Wonderful place. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Food was excellent, lovely presentation and decent portion size. Great venue, fabulous views. After our meal we had coffee and liquers on the terrace and it was beautiful. Highly recommend. Value for money.
