Start off with our optional caviar service, served with cornbread, brioche, chives and créme fraiche. Choose between Regalis Two Tone Osetra Caviar or Kaviari Kristal Caviar. For first course, diners have the option of choosing between a Prime Beef Tataki, a Crudo Trio and Local Calabaza Salad. For your second course, delight in your choice of Compte Raviolo, Local Calabaza Risotto or Ricotta Ravioli. For the third course, chose between a Berkshire Pork Chop, Halibut or Braised Short Ribs. Finish on a sweet note with a choice of three desserts elaborated by our pastry chef, Nasha Fondeur: Date Cake, Stout Tiramisú or Citrus Brûlée Cheese Tart.     The entire dinner experience was fabulous. Justin and Nora were absolutely fabulous at taking care of our table and Luis did a wonderful job pairing amazing wines with each course. Highly recommend this dining experience.

    Our 4 ate last night at this incredible restaurant in the the Vanderbilt Hotel in San Juan. From start to finish, this was one of our greatest dining experiences. Luis, our sommelier was extremely knowledgeable about wines and helped us make the right bottle choice amongst several close bottles. Luis was very personable and was a joy to interact with. William, our very excellent and friendly waiter, led us through the tough choices of a 4 course dinner. William to us defined the term “service”. We have dined at many Michelin restaurants and 1919 deserves those same accolades.

    What a wonderful experience. William our captain was so impressive. He helped us to pick the right choices on the menu and we weren’t disappointed. Every one of us (4) tried something different so we all were able to taste every dish until the main entree which 3 of us had the pork and it melted in your mouth. All of us said it was one of our best meals in a long time. You won’t be disappointed if you eat here.

    Amazing experience! Highly recommend. Wesley, Alejandro, Ellia (Sommelier, probably not spelling it right) took amazing care of us. The food was an incredible experience. We had the 4 course meal with wine pairing and each course was curated with superb presentation, textures and the tastes were second to none. We had so much fun eating there.

    Our Captain William was very attentive and so pleasant. He provided tremendous service. Our Sommelier Luis was very informative and shared his extensive knowledge, which made the wine pairing a fabulous experience. It was a 35th anniversary celebration, and they made it truly memorable. Highly recommend.

    This was absolutely an incredible experience. I cannot recommend this place enough. William was our server and he did more than an amazing job. I highly suggest to ask for him. The food was some of the best food I have had in PR. I cannot rave enough. Also ask for Jonali and Paola. Made an incredible night

    Service was impeccable. Alejandro, William and Paulo went above and beyond to ensure that my wife had a wonderful birthday meal. Standouts were the spaghetti and the beef tartare, but everything was excellent
