Under the iconic North Geelong smokestack, within a century old red-brick boiler house, Chef Andy Symeonakis and his team are serving up locally sourced Modern Australian / Mediterranean fare, and crafting drinks for locals & out-of-towners.

We had a wonderful night celebrating our anniversary at 1915. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was great. The tables are quite close together but otherwise all in all it was a fantastic dining experience.

Great venue. Gorgeous interiors. We did the ‘feed me’ menu and it was delicious with more than enough food and great options for our guests with food allergies. It was very loud though and the service which started off very attentive became very inattentive towards the latter part of our evening.

First time at 1915, very impressed. Absolutely gorgeous transformation of this building, and the whole Federal Mills area. A very busy Saturday evening but the whole place was ticking along without any signs of staff under stress or chaos anywhere. Staff were working efficiently, with smiles and quality service to patrons. The set menu at $55 was a great choice; plenty of food for the 4 of us, tasty and great quality. We were all impressed with out first visit and will definitely return, might check out the lunch menu next.

The ambiance and service was incredible - the staff were lovely and accommodating to any requests. Plus, the Chefs Selection (which was calamari, scotch fillet, ancient grains and chips) was delicious and more than enough food for 7 people. I’ll definitely be dining here again.

Unfortunately, as the group had to return to work (and we have a strict company no-alcohol policy) we we're not able to enjoy any of the available fine wines. As a celebratory Lunch it was perfect, well located with plenty of parking, service was spot on, every member of the group enjoyed their meal.
