    It’s downtown I knew that but valet for 0-6 hours is $34. The valet went inside to inquire about comp and was told no. After parking my Nissan on street and walking back a Mercedes pulled up and after the valet told him the cost, at that time the manager came out and told that driver two hours could be comped if you ate in the restaurant. The place was decent but the food was very disappointing. It was cold, pastries tasted dated, and the quiche was under cooked. Needless to say we were very disappointed and doubtful we will revisit.

    I was there on Easter sunday I knew they were not doing a Easter brunch but we came anyway. We were very happy the food was very good and hot the staff was extremely friendly. Things always change just a little at 1913 but we love this hotel restaurant for breakfast on the weekends

    My wife and I went out to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We were unexpectedly surprised by the experience. The food, service, price, and atmosphere were excellent, and made for a a very nice evening.

    This was the PERFECT Valentines Day date with my wife! The maitre'd and wait staff were very attentive from the moment we stepped inside--cheerful, polite, and delightful, without interrupting or being overbearing. The food was perfectly prepared. Everything on the special V-day dinner menu was gluten free AND delicious. In short, we felt spoiled by our experience at 1913, and we hope to return soon.

    We went on Valentine's Weekend. I liked the concept of food from 1913. We had a four course meal. The appetizer and soup were inedible. My wife and I ate two bites. The salad and soup were rusty looking. The main entree was bland and overcooked. The dessert was odd looking. We actually stopped at a fast casual place on the way home to eat. Really a shame.

    Went there for valentines day, they had a pre-fixed menu that was $85 a person. No problem as it looked very good and had great reviews. Arrived before our reservation, promptly sat at a table and the waitress brought us our drinks. After that we did not have anyone else check on us for 30 minutes until as we got up to leave, a manager came by to ask us how it was. The audacity for the manager and our waiter to wonder why we were leaving after they had walked by numerous times and ignored us was astonishing. The restaurant was not full and we were not the only couple to be seated then ignored. Will never return.

    For a prix fixe menu on Valentine's Day that came in at $300 with the meal and two drinks each, this was a disappointing experience. When you limit the menu to that degree, all the food should be be nearly perfect. Temperature of the soup was too hot too eat for several minutes. Steak temps were incorrect and one dessert option was so frozen a knife had to be used. The restaurant was NOT busy and yet there were large lapses between courses. While service was cordial, they were slow to respond and quick to make excuses.

    My wife and I went on a Saturday night at 6:15. The symphony (4 blocks away) and the Pacer game (2 blocks away) both started at 8:00. We worried that the place would be packed. We were surprised to be the only ones in the restaurant! My wife's tenderloin medallions were excellent and perfectly prepared. My ribs were just a tad overdone but very enjoyable. The coffee was very good. The desserts (mini creme brulees and sugar cream pie tart) were very bland and not good at all. It was quiet in the restaurant because no one else was there. The service was very good. The ambiance was fine but not anything special. We expected to see a lot of references to 1913, but did not. Racing/Indy was a big motif. Although it was not a bad dining experience, it did not seem to equal the price point of the meal. Perhaps this is why the place was empty on a Saturday night on one of the busiest streets downtown before a Pacer Game.

    The Devour Indy menu was very nice except the desert choices which were disappointing.

    The food was very good. The ambiance was not what I was expecting. It has more of a diner feel. But service was good and food was good

    This was our third year! We brought new people to join in on our festivities our table reservations were at 2:30 the food quality was poor the selection was even less there was zero desserts by the time we arrived no replenishment on the tables whatsoever. It was nothing like it had been in the past the consistency was bad. This is something we look forward to every year and were sorely disappointed pointed Laura Leytham

    Had a great experience staying at the Omni for a weekend November 8 ninth and 10th with a wedding party there. At that time I saw a beautiful sign that represented a Thanksgiving buffet at the 1913. Over and above the top the experience was amazing from top of the line people booking reservations to To the amazing ballroom experience of great food great service and great atmosphere.

    While our OpenTable reservation was for the restaurant, we ate at Severin Bar because 1913 wasn’t open. This was around 1pm on Sunday before 4pm Colts game. I would recommend calling to confirm.

    We were celebrating birthdays. After reading glowing reviews 1913 sounded like a nice place for a leisurely lunch. Too short of a lunch menu. None of the delicious sounding dishes described online. When 2 guests asked for water the waiter immediately snatched the coffee cups which we had to asked to be returned. Last the table edge where I was seated was dirty. Probably will not return.

    Not sure what happened with tonight's service. It appeared there was 1 waiter for the entire venue. Bourbon bacon had no flavor and was over cooked, biscuits over cooked. The cocktails were good.

    My steak was way overcooked. I ordered med rare and received well done. Sent it back once and it came out about the same the second time. I'd expect a lot better for a 40.00 meal. Everyone else's meal was quite nice.

    It’s unfortunate that I had a fabulous Easter brunch. Same price point , very different experiences. Highlights included Omelette Bar, and the Prime Rib. The dessert bar was a big disappointment, especially the Bananas Foster French Toast. This could have been a highlight but the French Toast was not in a warmer and cold. Service was on point, but there was not a lot that could be done to salvage the disappointment. Unless they lower the price 20% go elsewhere.

    A prior reviewer mentioned how good the food was. We wanted to try a new restaurant and selected 1913 without a preconceived idea of what to expect. The food was excellent and beautifully presented.

    We could not get into any other restaurant due to a large convention until 8:45 PM. The service and food were very good and the noise was minimal which was appreciated for our business dinner.

    1913 Restaurant is located just inside the Omni hotel and was very easy to find. Very pleasant staff. Our waiter was hard to find sometimes and didn't check on us very often. The restaurant wasn't very busy. Good shrimp cocktail, not too "hot." Ceasar salad was wilted and not fresh. I had the maple-glazed pork chops and they were outstanding! My wife had the pan-roasted chicken which was very dry. Paying $18 for a 9 oz glass of wine always drives me crazy, when the whole bottle costs $10 at Kroger. Overall, we like other restaurants much better & don't plan to return to 1913.

    I’m sorry others had a bad experience. Not us, Everything was very good to excellent. My shrimp cocktail was well chilled and a nice size; my wife’s arugula-pear salad was enjoyable. Our entrees were superb...she had the pan fried chicken which was moist and the accompanying gravy was over the top. I thoroughly enjoyed the walleye which was served atop a bed of wild rice pilaf with a proper amount of a creamy scallion sauce flowing over both. The asparagus we opted for was perfectly prepared and was plentiful. The rolls were very nice as well. Aya, the young lady who kept our glasses filled, was especially sweet and attentive. We had planned to share a piece os sugar cream pie but were simply too full. We will return.

    Had the walnut crusted walleye on whole grain rice and it was delicious! Had to splurge on dessert and we shared the delightful sugar cream pie with raspberry-yum!
