   This was our first time to 1900, and it certainly won’t be our last. The food was amazing. The service was equally good. Do yourself a favor and try the roasted brussel sprouts and the filet!

   The wife and I got a few different small plates to share. Each dish was delicious and the portion size was good for two people. Service was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was perfect for a date night

   Valentine's day dinner was a disaster, we were seated promptly but our orders came out very slow, our starter was very delicious however my wine glass was dirty with lip stick, our waitress did not come to our table very often to check on us, and after a 50 minute wait after our appetizer our entrees came out cold. We decided to give up on the evening and asked to be given our check instead of waiting on another round of entrees. Unfortunately the manager never came to our table to address the issues so we left with no resolution besides a comp'd appetizer. So much for a romantic Valentine's day.

   The food was delicious and the restaurant was quiet enough you could carry on a conversation easily. The lighting was pretty dim and portions of the menu (wine menu) were in super small font even with my excellent vision.

   Nice place, but we were the only diners there. Food was quite good and the service outstanding, but as I said, we were the only ones there. It's a shame, because it's definitely worth going to.

   Ordered the prix fix menu ... lobster bisque was mediocre, salad was fine, filet Wellington was cold when served. Definitely not the dining experience we were anticipating. Our server however was most accommodating and very polite.

   My wife and I were in town from Maryland, visiting my son and his girfriend. We wanted to treat them to a nice dinner on New Year's Eve, and decided to give 1900 a try. Our first surprise was that we had to order from a prix fixe menu, which was $65 per person. The price in and of itself was not an issue, but the available selections and the quality of the food certainly were. Three of us ordered lobster bisque as our first course. The bisque was overly salty, runny in consistency, with a tiny piece of claw meat like rubber. The second course was salads that were underdressed and not at all appetizing. The third course was Beef Wellington that arrived at the table lukewarm. We sent our plates back and received warmer plates that were far from hot. Desert was a chocolate cake, accompanied by warm, but not hot coffee. The final bill, with tip was over $400. Again, the money was not the issue, but spending that kind of money on a bad meal was an issue. As the saying goes, "you get one chance to make a good first impression". Our first impression of 1900 was not good. We cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to our family or friends. Here's hoping that 1900 gets its act together.

    Great service by friendly staff. Food was very good. Interesting menu. Will visit again when in Wilmington.
