   The hostess (who just had a baby) is always so welcoming and pleasant and kind. Abel is also very kind and always provides incredible attention and service. Kevin Howard of course is always a pleasure to listen to. The new food items were simply delicious and perfect in portion size. Thank you for always being so consistent in the quality of your food, service and entertainment.

   This was my first time at 18th & 21st. One thing that did bother me was when I arrived at the restaurant and gave the young lady my name for my reservation. She told me to have a seat and the other hostess will be up shortly. Another couple came in behind me, and the lady instructed them to have a seat and the other hostess will be up to meet them in 7 minutes. I was still sitting there 15 minutes after my reservation. So another hostess came up and I asked her as well, and advised to her my reservation time, she stated again that the other hostess would come and get me. So I decided to walk to the other part of the restaurant where the reservation was for, the other hostess was on her way back to the desk. I told her my name, and told her what the other 2 hostesses said. I did not understand why no one came to get me. That hostess stated the hostess only entered me in the system as a partial arrival, I told her I am not sure why since me and my guess arrived together. She seated me right away and apologized. This was not ok, as the hostess needs to pay close attention or even ask was everyone there. I felt some kind of way about it. However, my experience after that was absolutely amazing. Our Server Casey was awesome, the restaurant was intimate, the ambiance was everything, the food was absolutely amazing. The live jazz music was great as well. Overall, my visit was amazing. I will be coming back soon.

   Great atmosphere, service was amazing! Food was outstanding and fresh. Loved the live band , will definitely be returning

   Food was great, services was great. The evening I dined at 18&21 they had a blue 3 man band. The bands volume was at the perfect level, loud enough to hear and enjoy, but not turned up to 11 where I had to yell to have a conversation. Definitely plan to return to dine there again.

   Wow an amazing place to celebrate a special occasion!! The atmosphere is incredible - the food is outstanding and our server Angel was the best! Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable!

   Great venue, always evolving to remain the premier place to dine, be entertained and treat all the senses. The new menu part of that “keeping it fresh and exciting “ Love it!

    Waited for several minutes in the front lobby to get seated. Entrees were overpriced. Snapper lacked flavor. Fried oysters with chicken meal did not taste good. Said it as a birthday in the reservation and nothing was done.
