Named after the Constitutional Amendment that enacted Prohibition and then subsequent Amendment that repealed it, 18th & 21st promises to bring back a bygone era through an elevated, tailored evening experience. Our food and cocktails reflect the feel of prohibition supper clubs. This not to say we're stuck in the past, but rather that we try and emulate the style of that era. That means beautiful presentation, careful crafting, and perfect pairings to keep your night on beat. Combined with live music, this creates an unparalleled experience for the discerning and adventurous looking for a sophisticated evening. We like this restaurant. The drinks are great and the food is usually good. This time my duck was a little lacking and overcooked, but my husband’s fish was good. We always enjoy the live music. Our waiter was great. He brought out two glasses of champagne to celebrate my husband’s birthday and also a piece of cake with a candle after the meal. Overall it was a great Birthday dinner for my hubby!

Made a reservation for our anniversary. Boxes & patio chairs in the entryway, but it is change of the seasons. Cocktails were as expected, with several mocktail options. Went for a special night out, even though it was a Tuesday & server greeted with a glass of bubbly each. Everything went downhill after that. Partner is a picky eater so has looked at the menu in advance, however it was a new menu being served when we arrived. No problem, we ordered anyway. Started with coconut shrimp - the best part of the meal. Then ordered oysters and entrees. Oysters arrived then one entree minutes later. After finishing my oysters, my partner’s entree had yet to arrive and no one had cleared the plates from the first appetizer. The server came back to check on us and must have realized the entree mishap. They darted into the kitchen, then quickly tapped on the computer upon exit. We were assured the meal would be out momentarily. It did arrive quickly after the mishap was realized, but by then my meal had been sitting getting cold. Neither entree was exceptional. Lobster was mushy & sauce was broken in the pasta dish. Steamed fish was good, but predictable- probably much better hot & fresh. There was a puddle of water on the table when the oyster dish was removed that remained on the table for quite some time. Partner asked for a straw with cocktail & never received it. Water was refreshed by another server. At this point, we were thoroughly disappointed. Not a romantic or intimate vibe. We decided to skip dessert & the after dinner drinks. No desire to return.

Attended the cocktail making class. It was very fun, and we learned to make some yummy new drinks and great tips and tricks. The instructor and the servers were amazing, and the food was great as always. Can't wait until next month's class.

This is our “very special occasion” go-to. Everything was wonderful, our server Angel was terrific and gave very helpful suggestions. John (“Chordy”) serenaded us with song for our anniversary. They are top-notch.

Coconut shrimp was moist, tender, and luscious. The poached lobster was out of this world! The room is beautiful and the musical accompaniment was most enjoyable!

The ambiance and vibe was good. The food was just mediocre and the service was awful. They automatically add 20% gratuity to all checks regardless of party size and that definitely reflects in the service. Our server had absolutely no eagerness to assist us and was in no rush to help us at all. We had to call her attention to ask everything. They don’t have to work for extra tips there and that clearly shows in the service. I would definitely not go back there again.
