The setting is beautiful and the staff, especially Mimi and Gracie were superb. The only negative was that 2 of 4 steaks were undercooked and had to be returned. That problem was remedied promptly. An excellent experience in French Lick.

The salmon with the peach sauce was delicious! The filet was good. Our server, Javed, was pleasant and efficient, and those who assisted him were, as well. Our third time eating here. The food has always been good.

It had been a while since we had been but just as we remembered it was amazing. The service is top notch and the food was incredible. We both got filet mignon that was cooked perfect and delicious. And the sides were a perfect accompaniment for the steaks. And after we had our main course we had to have the crème brûlée which was awesome. The place is very quiet and very lovely. The staff is very professional and very attentive. Can’t wait to come back.

I had the half Rack of Lamb chops, and they were absolutely delicious! Our wait staff was attentive, skilled, available, and friendly. My wife had an appetizer for her main course- the crab cake, which she raved about. We also had the baked potato that were a meal in themselves, and impeccably prepared. We split a bottle of the house Cabernet Sauvignon, from McManus, which was a great selection. For dessert we split the Bundt cake with Brandy sauce and couldn’t get enough of it.

The steak and lamb offerings were excellent and prepared precisely as we requested. The creamed spinach with artichokes was also very good. We appreciated their signature Manhattan, but were disappointed with the Old Fashioned as seltzer was used as a finish. Service was attentive, but not intrusive. We much enjoyed the ambiance!

Very good dinner experience. MiMi was our lead waiter and was attentive and gave good suggestions. I had the oysters Rockefeller, which were good and lobster bisque. For main I had the scallop on garlic mashed potatoes and my wife had the sea bass special. Both were terrific but the sea bass was amazing. Split a Woodford Reserve Bourbon bunt cake and were very please. All good with no issues at all. Very good night!.

Ate dinner on Sunday night and the food and service were both excellent. Ribeye steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Diver scallops delicious. It’s a must to eat there ate least once in your lifetime when visiting the resort!

Comped meal from the casino and I dined by myself. The adjacent table was two couples celebrating a birthday. The men were boorish, rude, crude and self important. They drank heavily and mistreated the staff. Other than that, my food and service were great.

Mimi our server is the best! Prompt and super friendly service. We did notice the prices had gone up since the last time we were there and some of the menu items changed. My husband’s Caesar salad had some lettuce that was a bit brown. He also ordered the special scallops which were ok. Don’t mind paying higher prices if the food maintains the same quality, which seems to be sliding a bit. My steak however was delicious. Still love the restaurant!

We had a great experience for dinner! Our server was very friendly and helpful. All of the food we ordered was amazing! Crab cake, wedge salad, 8oz filet, 14 oz ribeye, garlic mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, cheesecake and the cocktails were awesome! We’ve gone to high end steaks houses and this place was comparable if not better! Very pleased!

Group of 4. 2 had steaks and said best steak they have ever had. 1 person had pork chops and said best chops he ever ate. Myself a vegetarian but was able to find food I could eat. Everyone had such a good experience

there was a large group in the middle of the place. They were loud, used profanity, I thought I was at a sports bar. The table of 2 next to us was celebrating there anniversary and nobody could hear each other talk across the table. It would have been nice if someone with authority told them to keep it down, but instead they apologized to the rest of the restaurant as they left.

I always get the filet oscar style. Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend the Bananas Foster for desert! Have your video camera ready!
