You'll never believe you're still in Manhattan once you step into our New Orleans inspired restaurant. We have live music every day and even a hidden speakeasy downstairs (open select days). Come have a bowl of our famous Jambalaya and wash it down with a refreshing Hurricane cocktail. Cheers!

I invited two guests to join me at 1803 after reading some very good reviews of the restaurant, so I made a reservation for dinner. Upon arrival, the hostess took us right to our table, which was in the upstairs portion of the restaurant. The bar area and decor of the place are really unique and so fun. After being seated, a server took our drink order right away; the mocktail menu is excellent. I highly recommend the spicy watermelon beverage. We were able to order appetizers, which were really delicious. The brussels sprouts and spinach/artichoke dip came out in a timely fashion and definitely set the tone. We waited for our main course for about 45 minutes while watching three other tables around us receive their appetizers, main courses, and second round of beverages. We did not see our server again for quite some time. When the food did arrive, it was cold. The duck was over-temperature/rubbery, the jumbalaya was mushy and very bland, and the fried chicken had definitely been left out. It seems we were forgotten about... and our food was either left out for too long or was not fired at the right time. The only hot food was the macaroni and cheese side dish, but it was tasteless and soupy. Thank goodness we ordered the scallops, which were - by far - the best bite of the night. The entree course was disappointing, to say the least, but the rest of the experience was great. I'd definitely send friends there to try the drinks and appetizers along with the ambience. The service needs to be improved in terms of communication between servers/kitchen, and entree dishes need to be attended to overall.

Very mediocre food, nothing special. The appetizers are bigger than the entres for some reason. A glass of wine costs almost like a bottle of wine in any other restaurant.

The staff was amazing. Loved everything about it. My only issue was with the reservation. I booked for an 11:15 am brunch. However, the establishment does not open until 11:30 am and it was not a brunch. The mistake on the booking app not on the restaurant. The staff was accommodating and welcome us at 11:15 am.

Good food, awful service. The server rushed us to order and the food came way too fast. And nobody was waiting for our table! (It was 8pm on a Tuesday.) The way we were rushed and then ignored made a good meal much less pleasant. Get the tables in front, that part of the room is nice. There are tables in the back that are pretty terrible.

Been here multiple times but this time was a disaster. The waiter decided to split our order into courses without consent and we had to wait around 30 minutes between appetizers. Food took so long that we jumped straight to dessert since it had been over an hour just to get 3 appetizer plates. They also had some performers that were a bit out of place. They had a guy completely out of shape with hot pants and his flabby hairy belly showing, dancing around tables which was very unappealing, especially when trying to eat. Along with the female performer who appeared to think she was at a strip club while getting into the bar and dancing very inappropriately, to the point that some customers were looking with disgust. Thankfully, we spoke to the manager who was very understanding and tried to make up for some of the issues faced.

Enjoyed our Cajun inspired starter and entrees very much. Cool vibe and playlist. We felt like we were transported to New Orleans on a breezy cold day in March.

Cute restaurant with live music, great service and good food. really enjoyed it. (Wouldn't recommend for little kids though, as it's all high tables and bar stools.)
