Our server was not very attentive whatsoever. We tried being polite & subtly showing when we needed refills, or to even order & she blatantly blew us off. My wife even had to walk to the bar just to refill our drinks. The chicken & waffles were good, as well as the smash burger & tenders - but the smothered burrito came out cold - like refrigerator cold. The issue was fixed as she brought out a replaced meal. The music was kinda loud but the playlist was fire. Lol.

18bin was great for brunch! The food and drinks were good and very affordable. The server went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed/wanted. It's a good vibe for all as they had a DJ but the music wasn't overwhelming. Very fun and would definitely go again

Wasn’t impressed… the food was horrible like Nothing was seasoned… if you eat outside you have to worry about a lot of bees and the sun was beaming on us cause certain tables wasn’t shaded…

It was my first time. The service was super slow, she didn’t check if we needed more drinks. She was friendly and responded after we tracked her down, but otherwise it could have been better. Food was mediocre. Two of us had the avocado toast; there was maybe two small slices of avocado on it and no other sides that went with it. Drinks were good. The DJ was way too loud, we had to yell to hear each other. Hey, I get it, it’s supposed to be a party type brunch, but it doesn’t change the fact it’s still a restaurant, where people have conversations. Then they turned on the misters, that leaked water all over food and us (not good). Honestly, I don’t plan to go back.

The server was hard to get a hold of so if we needed anything we just chopped it up to a loss. There were only a couple of other tables there at the time since they had l just opened so there was really no excuse.

They sat us at a table in the sun, we asked for a umbrella. The server seemed annoyed her response was “we’ll see if we can find one” luckily when we asked the guy helping her, he quickly came out with an umbrella. The server was NOT friendly. The food all came out at different times. Some people were still waiting for food when others were done eating. When I made the reservation I had put we were celebrating a birthday. The server never mentioned anything regarding a birthday, so we chalked it up to maybe they don’t do anything. Then the table next to us the server came out with a slice of cake and they sang happy birthday. This place is meh, the tik toks make it seem a lot cooler than what the actual experience is!

My husband brought me here for a birthday brunch. I thought it would be a cool experience being in the Arts district but the food was mediocre. Drinks were served in plastic cups and the flys were outrageous for an outdoor venue. The staff apologized but wasn’t accommodating. Our waitress wasn’t too attentive as she didn’t have many tables. It was just an okay experience. Nothing stood out except for the flies.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ambiance, food and prices. The service was mediocre. The waitress was mainly out of sight. The music was upbeat and the vibe was popping. It’s a great place for groups. I really enjoyed the food and the prices were great. I definitely plan on going back with my friends.

The mimosas were good and the vibe was good. However , the service was bad . My waitress took 40 mins to get our order and never brought our waters. I had to go to the bar to ask for water. I am not sure if it was just busy and they need to hire more staff but the service was bad. We almost left .

My party was very disappointed that the restaurant did not have the Chicken and Waffle Tower which was our sole purpose for coming to the restaurant. The restaurant was also out of the advertised T-Shirt & cocktail deal along with the Charcuterie Board appetizer.

Definitely a different vibe. Food was mediocre at best.. Chicken and waffle was nothing special. Chicken was over cooked and needed flavor. Waffles were not hot. Young Server was condescending and called me (a woman at least 20 years older than she) “honey.”

Enjoyed 18 Bin as the service was good as well as the food. Our first time we had been there and we more than satisfied. Nice a casual spot for appetizers and bar food. Price was reasonable with a variety of options. Nice pre theater spot for quick bite and beverages. We will go back!

Friends and I wanted to hang out and catch up. We wanted to check out a new place that offered brunch options. Thus, we landed on 18bin. Another friend mentioned that a reservation would be optimal to save time. I attempted a few times to contact the restaurant, but to no avail. It rang and rang until the voice mail prompt began. It was not until days later that I finally got through. The team member who took the call was pleasant and when I inquired about reserving a table, I was told to place the reservation through the Open Table app since my party was less than the required 6 to reserve over the phone. Nonetheless, I thanked her and went about going through Open Table. I didn't really mind the additional hoops, however, an inconvenience is still an inconvenience. On a positive note, when I needed to make adjustments with my reservation, I called and they were able to make the adjustments without compromising the scheduled time. I really did appreciate the accommodation on that end. Further, when I asked whether or not we can sit without the complete party present the team member in the line told me that it shouldn't be a problem. However, when it came down to it, we were still denied entry until all were present. It was a scorcher that afternoon so thankfully, they allowed us to wait in the bar. On the day of the get-together, we all didn't get there so we all had to wait for the last person to get there. All the while waiting inside the bar. The outdoor sitting area looked pleasant. It just wasn't the vibe we were looking for in this Vegas heat. There isn't enough misters in the world to make it worth being out in the elements. I'm glad they have inside the bar seating! Music and good times can be felt both inside the bar and outside. It may have been a tad too loud given that my fiends and I constantly had to repeat ourselves even though we were sitting literally inches from each other. The booth we sat in was nice. Though I felt like I was sinking in.

Great place to go when you’re looking to try some fun/new foods and drinks putting twists on the classic drinks with flavored juices for different taste! Loud music so don’t expect to hear much from the person across from you! If you’re looking to stand at the bar you have that option as well !

The fans misting water were great. The DJ was good. There were 8 of us and we had the melon jinga, chix n waffles, steak benedict, avocado toast and bottomless mimosas. Nothing disappointed.

18Bin is the place to be! This place gave me such life. Alexis provided great service. They really made my birthday really special and shouted me out on there IG page and gave the best birthday shot ever. The food was bomb, the mimosas was bomb (mango all day). Overall 12/10. I will be returning to this place. Honestly I was talking to my friends and this was the best highlight of the trip. Please go here and you won’t regret it.

Wanted to try this place out after seeing a few videos on Instagram. But unfortunately food was just fair, waitress was newer so she wasn't familiar with drinks when asking about certain drinks on the menu. Portions of food were definitely on the smaller side, compared to what is shown on the menu and Instagram. The music they played inside was really good. 2/5 🌟
