The service was terrific. You couldn’t ask for better. However, the clams casino were burned, the steak had little taste. The crabcakes were mediocre. I expected a lot more as regards to the food. Frankly, the menu is very dated and not a great deal of choice not sure I’ll go there again with company.

We went here for our anniversary. Service was quite good and our server was attentive to our needs. The clam chowder was very tasty. We had the lamb chops which were thoroughly enjoyed and the crab cakes which were very good but not exceptional. The food is pricey but we were thankful for the complementary dessert for our celebration. The atmosphere is outstanding and you can’t help but enjoy the view of downtown Bethlehem. Definitely recommend for a special occasion.

Our server Chelsea did a a great job making my Aunt’s BD extra special! The decorative sign and banner in addition to the good food and service, made for a memorable experience! Thanks for going that extra mile Chelsea!

Josh was our server. He did a great job. Thanks to him. I usually order the same thing.... chicken salad sandwich. I have noticed that the last 2 times the sandwich was skimpy. I would rather pay more and get more.

What an exceptional experience from start to finish. Came for the lunch menu, look forward to returning to experience dinner. Highly recommend the mahi-mahi and the peach cobbler for dessert!

We frequent the restaurant scene in downtown Bethlehem, usually every week, sometimes twice a week. It seems the Hotel Bethlehem has taken a step backwards with its dining. The appetizer came out at the same time as the entrees and the steak we ordered was not done correctly. The food was lukewarm when it arrived at our table. It did also seem like the service was slow and had to remind the servers to bring the promised food items to the table. They did comp the appetizer, which was appreciated and we tipped the server, as it is not always their fault for the delays. We did not send the steak back because it was edible and we did not want to wait for them to prepare another as it was later in the evening. We will return to try this restaurant again, but we will give it some time to see if they improve their overall level of service. I usually don’t comment when the service at a restaurant is a little subpar, but this has now happened several times at the Hotel’s restaurants.

Food: Lobster in the Lobster Mac & Cheese was tough & fishy (not fresh); crab cakes were bready (little crab) and fishy; chicken was dry. Service: Food took a long time to be served; two dinner salads were never served; drink spilled on guest; bread & butter served, but no bread plates and butter knives until requested; appetizers ordered to be shared, but no plates provided until requested, then bread plates were proffered. Staff availed themselves to help. Very poor training, which can only be attributed to poor management. Value: Premium pricing for poor food and service.
