167°F Korean BBQ
The food is fabulous and the staff is exceptional! This is a great place to dine. It offers a great variety and the wait staff is well versed on the food that they serve. It’s a fun and enjoyable experience. Definitely a favorite!!!
Loved the food. The whole cooking as you eat was great. Our waiter was on point. Next thing we knew we had spent two hours there eating.
My girlfriend was on the verge of leaving me due to my constant philanderous behavior, but as soon as she took a bite of the finger rib meat everything became still; we grasped at straws and rediscovered what once was our common denominator—food. That night I cried in the parking lot of a Mapco (unrelated). 10/10
The food and experience was awesome! I wouldn’t have changed anything about it.
Lovely place for when you're craving meat of any kind. You cook the meat yourself on a grill built into the table, though you can order a la cart if you'd like. I'm not super into meat and my friend didn't cook it all that well, so that's the reason for low food score. I've been a couple of times and it's a lovely restaurant, just not my style. The staff was the amazing and very welcoming to me and my friends who are completely clueless about cooking.
167 is delicious, has a wide variety of foods, and excellent ambiance and service. It is a little pricey (~$25), because it is all you can eat, but this is totally worth it every now and then.
This place is so good! The service is awesome and so helpful, the food is AMAZING, and the experience overall was just great. Definitely will be coming back again!
Came here with out of town family. Very good food. Relaxing.
We had an outstanding dinner. The host greeted us and offered complimentary drinks for our anniversary, and the server explained the menu and helped with recommendations for our meal. The food was awesome and atmosphere was just perfect for the evening.
We ordered prepared dishes not the Korean BBQ and it took forever. When it did come, it was just ok. My server never bothered to come explain why in the world the food took so long. I couldn't even put in a work order.
Been there twice good both times clean and very good
I've been to many Korean restaurants - love em! I've never been to one where you can eat till you explode. Huge selection of meats and vegetables to cook on the table top grill. Very fun, interactive experience. Definitely recommend!
Food and service was excellent. They were good helping the novice Korean food eater.
This is a great spot to take a date for a bit of a cooking adventure. Very interactive because you both are cooking the meal at the table.
From Columbus Ga. Been a few times now. Good food ,service and price. Will be going back often.
Absolutely will return! The service was excellent. Quickly seated even though I arrived early for my reservation during a Friday dinner rush.My server was attentive and he had good suggestions. It was a fun dinner experience being able to cook your own dinner wok style at the table. The Spicy Samgyubsal pork was delicious. Cooked it crisp and it was incredible mixed with the scallion salad at the servers suggestion. The spicy chicken bulgogi was tasty but I would have loved it to be more spicy; however realize most people don’t like food as spicy as I like it. Loved the japchae rice noodles and they paired well with the spicy beef bulgogi. Tried one of craft pale ale beers but switched to Kirin as had a heavy smoke under tones and not my taste. I am a pretty judgmental diner and I would absolutely return.
It was soooo good!!! Service was amazing, food was amazing and reasonably priced, great vibe, Korean music sets the mood, and all around amazing. I’m going back with friends within the week, and I’m from out of town (50 min drive). It’s worth it. You will leave stuffed and sastisfied.
Even though the meal was okay. They did not process my points thru open table. After speaking with receptionist who spoke with the manager, I was told they use open table to book reservstions but switch to another app to track reservation. No bueno for me.they said to contact open table for points
Cooking instructions should be given on paper so items don’t burn or get eaten raw.
Great food. Just like Hawaii
Our server was excellent. He gave us a good instructions for how to cook the meat and the other dishes on the grill.
It was fun experience.
Our son recommended 167 degrees F Korean BBQ as part of his Auburn graduation celebration. The food was delicious and our waitress was pleasant, efficient, and helpful with suggestions. It was fun trying new things and we recommend sampling their varied menu.
Great food and service!
Lots of fun
The cleanest and most modern looking korean bbq place i've been to. The all-you-can-eat value is incredible (haven't tried the al a carte route). I've been to a few korean bbq places in Houston but i usually go to the ones that are more like a mom and pop shop since they deliver the most authentic feel and taste, but 167 was a cool experience. I've also been to two korean bbq places in pasadena, ca & honey pig and star daepo in atlanta, ga, and 167 is not entirely up to par with the food and side dishes to be honest BUT the price that you pay is actually really good. 167 also has a much better bar (except they don't have sake which is disappointing), especially with the beer towers so it's cool to eat with friends to share that.
The negative parts about 167 is that the brisket was just too thin. Brisket is one of my favorites especially to dip in the sesame oil and salt sauce, but every time i put it on the grill, it would disintegrate and most of it will stick to the grill lol. Another thing was that when we were sat by the host, she asked if it was our first time and when she explained everything, it was lightning speed lol. My fiance and i are familiar with korean bbq but for people that haven't experienced (given that 167 is in auburn...), i'm sure they would be like "uhhh." Our server was also kind of young and not on top of things but i'm not going to base his service on everything. I've had worse service before lol.
Overall, 4/5 stars!
We had the best time! It was such a great experience! We had such a sweet waitress and enjoyed the entire atmosphere! We highly recommend this restaurant :)
I love the atmosphere. It is great for several different occasions. You can dress up or dress down for this place. The food was worth its price but if you want to avoid the wait make a reservation.
Bad customer service.
place was clean and modern food was very good and value was good as well
An unique dining experience. They light the grill in the center of your table , you order your raw food off the menu, and cook it and eat it as a group. The choices are amazing. We were able to converse, comment and critique all our various food options.
The food was great! I love how you get involved with the prep of your own eats. Cocktails were tasty, and the music was good (they played, like 3 Block B songs in a row. :') My soul was satisfied). Added bonus: the wait staff was full of cuties!
This was my second time eating here, so I'm impressed at the consistency!
Ryan was amazing. The 2 guys that took over was kind of rude. But thanks to Ryan for making me and my friend feel special. ❤️
Great restaurant! The food was good and the dips and spices were great.
A fun place to eat. This is a great place for groups but I’m sure it could easily be a romantic dinner for two.
Kind of weird at first cooking at the table but it became fun
We had never been to a Korean barbecue before our waiter did not explain how it worked (we should have read the menu rather than ask the waiter to tell us how this worked)
We had two young girls with us that both said they wanted chicken My husband and I both said we wanted steak and shrimp then one of the young lady said she would like a piece of shrimp and we were told we had to order the premium we had no idea it was all you could eat we were brought 2 dishes of chicken and beef and one of shrimp the girls ate a piece of chicken each, one ate a piece of beef and one ate a shrimp. We had a dishes of raw beef chicken and 5 shrimp. We asked if we could get a to go box and we're told we couldn't take all you could eat home. We stated we didn't order all you could eat plus we barely ate anything So my husband cooked the left overs while we sat there for an extra 20 minutes Plus the quality of the meat was poor - fatty steak and chicken
We were never offered a la cart. It was not worth almost $100.00
Excited to try this new cook your own food experience.
However, the All you can eat price of $9.99 was not allowed because it was a Friday night i.e. maybe on weekend nights prices change.
They should change their banner to read Monday thru Thursday $9.99 All you can eat.
So it was deceptive & thus, $9.99 rate should have been allowed since we were 1st time diners there.
The food was good, but very thinly sliced meat with fat on it at $15.99 per person is high and forced to pay higher rate after being seated and ordering and there was even a higher cost item beyond the Deluxe price point. Our kids were charged Adult rate, not sure if child rate was available, but they did not inform us of it.
The experience was fun for the family and service girl was excellent. The condiments i.e. Kimchi, pickled radishes, etc was great. Fried rice had corn in it and did not taste Asian, but more American style.
The experience did not start out well due to wait time to be acknowledged once sat but the service recovery that was done was exceptional and resulted in a great outcome! Food was excellent!
Sam is amazing ! We would come back just for her ! Unfortunately our current waiter wasn't very good , so she took over ! It was a very pleasant evening and we will be back . Crayton and Kyle
